Check in was easy, the hotel held oir bags for the day as got there early.
Our room was lovely and we had a fantastic nights sleep in our king size bed amd our clean and tidy room.

Friendly concierge who upgraded us when we checked in and provided good info regarding the city. Room very spacious and loved the rituals bathroom products. Parking garage across the street was great for a low profile car if you find a spot on the ground floor which we did.

Overall I would not recommend. The first room we were in the AC was broken but the staff led us to believe it was user error. So we unpacked everything (keep in mind we are also traveling with a baby so there is a lot of stuff) and went to dinner. Came back and the room was somehow hotter than before so we had to change rooms at 9pm, pack everything up and then unpack again. Baby didn’t get to sleep until close to 9:45pm that night. The beds are cheap and uncomfortable, the sheets felt cheap and scratchy. Only had instant coffee pouches (for a 4 star hotel I expect more). Aside from one woman at the front desk, the staff was not friendly and we did not feel welcome. Unfortunately they had no parking on site and so we had to use the garage which charges by the hour. On a positive note it was centrally located to the tram.

On my first morning at this property I was stuck in the elevator for five minutes with no power even in the alarm button. The air conditioning did not work in the first room on the fifth floor and I had them move me to a room on the first floor where the air conditioning was working and I could take the stairs rather than risk being stuck in the elevator again. I requested that the mini fridge be emptied twice, but it never was.

Lovely rooms, staff were all so friendly and kind! Bed was very comfortable and overall it was a wonderful stay. Easy transport links or the beautiful hike towards the river and city centre. Would definitely stay again! Also the iced tea was a nice touch!

Rooms were clean and big. The area is surrounded by greenery. While not in the heart of the old town, its still accessible to old town by the tram and bus. To and from airport is easy by bus, but be prepared to walk about 10mins or so from the nearest bus stop to the hotel (or you can catch a bus then change to a tram as the tram stop is nearer). Public transport in Luxembourg is free.

Very spacious rooms, great location, great breakfast package. Only thing I can think of is room needs a little bit of paint touch up and fabric on bed frames need thorough cleaning to make it look like new. Thanks for the lovely stay

Location was a bit remote but we were able to walk to the Casements (about 30 min). Staff was lovely - friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The gym and saunas were a big plus.

The hotel is not conveniently located and everything requires a private taxi (there are no Ubers) or public transport. There are no USB charging ports in the room and the whole hotel had one converter. The cable television had no signal. They advertise views, but, not really, unless youre on the top floor and have a long neck. The breakfast had a nice selection.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast on Saturday was chaotic due to the numbers of guests which spoiled the overall experience. The other two mornings were excellent though. Bedrooms very comfortable and we all slept very well

Property was nice. The room had a large bathroom and was close to the Philharmonic (and the free tram). Only downside was if you wanted to walk into parts of town, it was down/then up a big hill. Using the free tram is better.
