i got bed bugs from this hotel

It was in a great location! It was an easy place to walk over to a diner for breakfast or drive 5 min to the nearest grocery store! The only problem i had was the ACs need to be cleaned or new filters. There was a dewy smell and not so pleasant! But an Air diffuser and freshener helped that I went to go buy. Staff was friendly!

Property/room were not the cleanest, but not gross. The bed was great! Loved the convenience of having full-size fridge, microwave, sink, etc. in the room. But please, in a room meant to accommodate more than 1 person, add more chairs or stools around the table.

The property and room was fine. The "breakfast" left a LOT to be desired.

Made a mistake parking under a tree there. The massive amounts of birds in the trees covered my car in poop and feathers. Definite health hazard.

Our first room the door lock was broken so it wouldn’t open then our second room had a musky scent and the people on the floor above us were very loud stomping and jumping.

Great little economic hotel in Bartlesville. The rooms are comfortable and everything looks clean on the inside. There are a lot of bird droppings outside.

Loved the size of these rooms and comfortable beds, kitchenette, and large overstuffed chair. Price was great!

I did not stay at this motel. We checked in and decided to check the room for bed bugs prior to bringing our belongings into the room. We discovered evidence of a bed bug infestation on the top of the dust ruffle. Upon further investigation under the dust ruffle, we found a bed bug. We immediately went to the front desk to demand a refund. The front desk person was great, and issued the refund from the motel. She stated I would have to get my money from Expedia

Poor service

I was extremely surprised at this lodging for such a low price. The rooms were very clean, the hotel was not out of date or funny smelling. We got a suite (full kitchen in our room- refrigerator, stove, microwave) for less than $80 a night,including tax. Located near food, within walking distance. And again, I was just amazed. It was very easy in and out access, and I have zero complaints. Missed having a pool, but this is meant mainly for extended stay, not family vacation necessarily. Breakfast is grab and go, not a full breakfast, but for the price full breakfast should not be expected. If you're on a budget and you just want a clean inexpensive place to stay, I just don't think you could lose out here.Comfortable beds too; very comfortable!!!

This is a very nice hotel and a great price. Very clean and organized. It has the appearance and feel that whoever manages/owns it is very picky. Nice rooms, laundry area and fitness room. Breakfast was not advertised but they do have coffee, tea, hot chocolate and some grab to-go carbs. Now for the cons..(always their are a few cons :-) Check-in takes some time. There is a requirement that they have on file all ID's of every person in the room, so almost everyone (at least when I was there) had to run out to their car and get their partners ID. There are also a lot of rules and a lot of forms. (So it goes!) The water pressure is good, but the shower head is crap and sprays pretty thin and wide...so you loose the water force and also get the floor wet. The bed was really soft and kind of weird. Not really that comfy. Aircon unit is really noisy. On and off and on and off. Overall, though, a good hotel for the price, which was less then quite a few in the area.

Affordable, nice rooms.

Room was ready. Telephone did not work and had to go to reception. Do you have a wake up call me. No batteries in the TV remote; thus, another trip down to reception to get batteries. The door card key was not programmed. Yet another trip to reception to have new cars made the up charge was reception was very nice person.

You all over booked them so I had to take a single bed room so one of us had to sleep on the floor and still paid the price of a two bed room not very happy about that but lady at desk was very nice with giving us extra blankets to make a pallet on floor

Our room was not ready until about 4:30 and check in was supposed to be at 3, other than that everything was great!

We liked everything. It was clean and everyone on the staff we very nice and friendly

waited 30 minutes before I could check in. this caused us to miss our anniversay reservations.no one at counter. would not trade out dirty towels when asked. Asked for first floor ended up on 4th floor. Refrigerator was loud and could not sleep.

We loved staying here! Thought it was odd that our room was only cleaned once the entire week we stayed but besides that it was extremely comfortable and friendly!

Tired property Shower pressure was terrible!

The amenities were first rate; the room was very nicely apportioned, the bed was comfortable, and the water was hot. It was a very pleasant stay. The staff I dealt with was a bit on the aloof side, and cold. When I tell someone at the desk that I've been on the road for hours and need to use the latrine, the last thing I want to hear while they're piddling with the computer is "there's a bathroom in your room".

At first glance this place looks quite nice the bed was horrible felt like I was gonna roll off it all night (it sloped from the center outward) the a/c was so loud you couldn’t hear the tv with it running the shower would squeal quite loudly in a high pitch the entire time the water was running the toilet would plug up every time it was used I made reservations at one price they tried to charge me almost $100.00 more than the agreed price thankfully I had the receipt from the reservation
