We had asked for a 1st floor room, but they did not have one. We were put on the third floor. The room is very clean and nice. We wanted to use the pool, but it was too far for us to go to. Next time we will ask in advance for the lower-level room. The breakfast was very nice, lots to choose from.

We arrived three days ago and was greeted by Maggie the sweetest receptionist who was absolutely delightful. Happy to listen to any concerns we had. I told her she needs to be teaching staff in other hotels how to interact with guests!!

I've stayed at this Hampton Inn numerous times without issue, but my last stay here this past August has left me beyond frustrated. I paid for this hotel for 4 nights, in advance through Hotels.com, and should have required nothing beyond a deposit for incidentals. For some reason when I checked in, the girl at reception said I needed to pay $400. I tried to explain to her that I already paid for the room, but was charged anyways. I thought maybe this double charge would be temporary, but sure enough it showed up on my credit card statement, along with the original $600 charge from hotels.com. So I paid over $1000 for 4 nights, a whopping $250 a night for a hotel in North Brunswick. This is not NYC, and if that's the price they wished to charge me, I would not have booked this hotel. I often used this hotel whenever I needed to stay in the area, I will look elsewhere now if that is how they want to operate their business.

Room was very spacious, and the jetted tub in the room was so fun! This will be my new go-to when I’m in the area for the tub alone. Check-in was easy, lots of free parking in lot. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was the usual hotel breakfast offerings, but my bagel and coffee were great. There’s a Trader Joe’s next door and restaurants within walking distance (with sidewalk).

I would rate the facility and staff as 5 star. The issue I have was the $75 pet charge! We were there for less than 7 hours and I'm sure there wasn't $75 worth of additional cleaning done to this room after we left.

Had a good stay. There was a problem getting my room keys to work due to the worldwide system blackout that affected computer systems, but we did eventually get ones that worked. The hotel was quiet, clean, and convenient.

The facility was nice enough and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The bed was a little hard for my tastes and it was a little noisy both from outside the hotel and inside. The big disappointment though was the hotel advertising as “pet friendly” but mot making it obvious that there is an exorbitant $75 fee for pets. It costs about the same for my tiny dog to stay there as it did for me. If you are going to charge that much it should mentioned as part of the reservation process. How many adults, how many kids, how many pets… that kind if thing. Because of this the price we were quoted for our reservation was much lower than what we were actually charged. Had we known this we would have booked elswhere and will next time we are in the area.

Our family loves the Hampton Inn chain and this location has it all. Comfy beds, pool, breakfast. Staff was also v welcoming at reception and for rooms. Also this one is close to lots of dining, shopping and highways. Recommend it!

Asia the night staff lady was amazing upon our checkin at 12:10 am in the morning. Smiling and helpful she was. Room was clean and in good condition. Continental breakfast was good. Beautiful facility and it didn’t smell like WEED like most hotels do these days. I was impressed with the staff and the property.

The front desk was very friendly, welcoming and efficient. The room was clean, the bathroom was really big, and the large bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower were convenient and nice. The beds are usually my favorite, but I woke up in the morning with a sore back and neck. The refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment, but the ice machine was conveniently located near the elevator. The hotel location was perfect, as the party we were attending was only 6 miles away. Breakfast is always great, although we haven't headed down yet. All in all, it was a great stay.
