It was really comfortable & glad we opted for the family suite which was a nice size. I think we were the last week in season but breakfast still busy. Not sure it would b as good when the hotel is full. Location is great. Pool area nice.. Happy with our stay.

I can’t fault this hotel. Rooms are lovely and spacious. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Nice communal areas also and good amenities. Very central for everything! Would definitely stay again.

The property itself is beautiful, great location - right across the road from Fig Tree Beach. The property caters to tour group customers, many on all-inclusive packages. The pool is very busy during the day, most sun beds taken by 830am. Our bed cover had a stain on check-in, linen was yellow. Asked for these to be changed and they were. Pillows were lumpy. Towels very worn. Room service did not attend daily. Service inconsistent. Buffet breakfast had a lot of variety, but felt like a giant smorgas board to feed the masses.

Great location and very comfortable. The staff were verty nice and welcoming! The food was great also! The only problem was that the pool beds were always occupied by peoples who leave their towels on for hours, and wether there is many signs about this issue in the hotel, we never saw that the staff taking care of it and move unattended towels.

Very nice hotel right on the protaras strip. Lots of parking and big pool area with lots of sunbeds. Excellent service. 10/10

A lovely hotel ,very clean ad lovely staff, Foods a typical all inclusive and at breakfast time u need to get down around 8 am to bet the rush or it can get a bit cosy. Over all really good value for money and right on the strip full of bars and restaurants. And don’t worry bout the noise as the glazing seems to do a great job.

The rooms in the old size , I want my money back and you cancel

We were put in an 'un-renovated apartment' which was awful, grubby & bad electrics (wouldn't recommend it). We upgraded to a suite with sea views which was fabulous (expensive but the only room they had available). The room was spacious, nicely furnished, lovely bathroom, comfy bed & clean with kettle, tea & coffee. A bit noisy as was overlooking the main street/strip, but the double glazing helped a bit. The aircon was noisy, aren't they all. The staff were all friendly and helpful especially reception. The food choice was great & tasty. It was great having an adult only pool, no kids, lovely & quiet, comfy sun beds, free pool towels, pool bar. Close to the beach, 5 minutes walk, €7.50 for 2 sunbeds & umbrella. Loads of bars/restaurants right on your doorstep, reasonable prices. The only negative for us is loads of kids running around the restaurant, health & safety rules being ignored. I saw a young kid picking up nuts, biting them & putting them back in the pot. Also a kid licking chocolate spread spoon & putting the spoon back in the bowl, plus another eating the yoghurt with there fingers in the bowl, the parents let them do it, no hygiene or food safety in place. I nearly spilt hot tea on 2 kids running round. I told the restaurant manager but he said nothing can be done. We won't stay here again or recommend it for these reasons! Shame as its a nice hotel spoilt by poor restaurant rules and irresponsible parents (too many kids out of summer season).

Old room needs renovation. Not on the beach. Concierge only spoke Russian. Breakfast was good. Pool area and common areas were new. Hotel caters to families and Russian speakers.

The property seemed newly refurbished, and the suite was spacious and to a good standard for the price in the area. The problem was the noise form the street was unbearable.

Room was clean and comfortable. Great location. Lovely pool and poolside bar. Could use a bit of a refurb to modernise but good value for money.

This hotel is right in the centre of Protaras and less than 3 minutes walk from the beach. The room was clean and tidy and came with free air conditioning, although the furniture was dated it was functional. The swimming pool was big and clean but the sunbeds were really poor and need replacing.The room was cleaned every day (except Sunday) and the towels were also replaced, however it is hit or miss with the quality of these. The hotel is split into 4 blocks, we stayed in Block A which has balconies overlooking the main strip. If you do stay in Block A it will be noisy all night till approx 2am, take ear plugs.There are a lad of different places to eat from cheap take aways to expensive restaurants

Excellent location right on the strip and very close to beach. Bar staff not very friendly which is unusual for Cyprus. Alice however is lovely :)

I found hotel excellent value there maybe better but you pay for it.it was clean decent food and convenient location.it was my 3rd stay there

worst hotel I have stayed at ever considering leaving early its that bad. Worried that I might catch something by lying on the bed. Location is great for beach nothing else goir for it.

Pleasant hotel with air-con, TV, nice size swimming pool and bar and restaurant. Staff is always available with helpful and professional approach. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The only down point is you can hear all the night life entertainment from the local bars (very loud music) most of the night even with all the windows and doors closed.

within very short walking distance to reastaurants, shops and the beach. This was very convenient for us having two little kids. It was a bit noisy late at night fro the surrounding pubs though. The pool wa also nice, not crowded and some places with shade which again was great for the kids. The apt was old fashioned but clean and good enough for our purposes. Amazing value for money I think. Overall I had a good time and I would stay again .
