Staff were excellent, very professional and courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent location.

Enjoyed our two night stay. Check in and out was seamless. All staff members were pleasant and responsive. The breakfast had several selections and the dining area was clean. Location of the hotel is close numerous places for dining.

Cleanliness was fine but we both were VERY disappointed that the television service did not totally exist resulting in having to spend even more money to entertain ourselves… for 3 nights !!

Booked room for my son and daughter in law. They were very satisfied with the room and rested easily.

The property was near many places to eat and entertainment; however, the pool was not clean and when you travel with kids playing at the pool to give them some energy burning time it is almost a must, kinda disappointed when you specifically book with that in mind.

The bathroom did not have ventilation. When we showered with the door closed the walls and the bathroom door were all wet from the steam. Wished we had a vent switch to turn on while showering.
The worst was that while sleeping there was a cockroach on the bed next to us.

This property it’s a FIVE STAR!!! From the staff greeting, attentions to every detail, room accommodations as requested (First Floor), rooms and facilities are sooo clean, breakfast it’s amazing and having a 24 hrs coffee station was amazing, I’m so blown away with this place, so many stores, restaurants just by walking and right across the main highway!!! Can’t wait to visit New Braunfels again and stay here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants an affordable five star place to stay or relax!!!

The hotel was easy to find. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and cool. Beds wonderfully comfortable. Very nice stay.

Customer service was amazing, sheets had some little blood stains but we just took them off and we decided to not worry about that. We were only there for a overnight stay but over all friendly staff and they will help you with any questions or concerns. Breakfast was really great, healthy options all over the place. Bathrooms were really clean, not much to complain. Loved the stay!

Love this property close to Schlitterbahn and San Antonio. Staff was nice, property was clean and quiet. Chili’s and Sonic is within walking distance in case you just want a quick bite to eat. Will definitely be back

Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. We did have a room near the swimming pool, but it did close exactly at 10 PM, so it quieted down after the closing.

Stay at your own risk!!!! We had our truck stolen from here! Apparently it is a common occurrence. You would think they would provide security. Sounds like the staff may be in on it!!!

One night stay with the family for a tournament. Conveniently located, good complimentary breakfast. Probably time for Marriott to do an upgrade, but overall a good stay.
