We arrived at the hotel late evening around 10:30pm. The hotel checkin staff was not pleasant to deal with. He was very short and was not welcoming. He sat behind a plexiglass barrier and it was very difficult to hear what he was saying. He got impatient if I asked him to repeat what he said. Once our checkin was complete he told us about the breakfast the following morning. Again I couldn’t hear all he said. Asked him politely what he said. He raised his voice very loudly and repeated what he said in a loud rude sarcastic tone. Was very shocked. Our room overall was fine. Clean and presentable. The light was burnt out in our bathroom. The hotel had placed a lamp in our bathroom to use for light. Was very dim and difficult to use the shower in the morning. We were surprised as we have stayed a few times before and received a great room along with pleasant staff. My husband said he will not stay there again.

Room was freezing cold when we arrived, got a different room with smaller bed. Went for the free breakfast in the morning only to have the front desk guy take the last cup of coffee right in front of me, stand there and watch me get less than a 1/4 cup of coffee then smile and walk away… never again

The unit we stayed in had a loud bathroom fan, cold bathroom floor, and the fireplace seemed to be on some sort of odd temperature sensor. Otherwise the unit was clean, very spacious, and very affordable.

You can feel every spring in the mattress, all their drink machines etc are old junk that don't accept money. Just a waste of money staying there

There seas a lot of noise from the adjacent rooms until 2:30am which made it very hard to sleep.

Beds were horrible, soon as I sat on the bed, sunk into the mattress, the time before the tv was an issue. Last desk clerk couldn’t even remember that I’ve been there over 60 times, horrible customer service.

There was a orange chair in the room that should have been in the garbage. The breakfast advertised pancakes,sausages and omelets,and juice. There was only pancakes available only at 8:30 so apparently they didn't restock but had a broken juice container.you can hear planes, and trains and traffic.

Not happy since the room service was not available and also room telephone was not working. Morning breakfast was was verryyy poor, no one was available for service and only apple, cereals and some milk was the only thing available..

The decor is outdated way back from the 80,s , the bed was lumpy and the desk clerk wouldn’t supply extra pillows for there were only two for a king bed .had a very disappointing night .the walls and carpets were very dirty and complementary Breakfast consists of cereal and toast and the coffee wasn’t consumable . The pictures that I viewed before I booked was nothing that I thought it would be ,was the first time visit and the last ,take my advice and pay a extra 50$ and have a enjoyable stay someplace else .

The exterior looks modern, but the interior is deteriorating, starting with the elevator, which sounds like it would fall at any minute.

Room i was checking into at 10pm they said their room flooded because of w previous guest (why not tell me as soon as you found that out, not 10pm)
They sent me to an even worse motel that stank, had stained sheets. I ended up just travelling all night back home instead.

Towels are old and thin. Soap bar are not enough, too small. Place is somewhat not maintain. Can smell smoking .

This is conveniently located hotel near YEG airport and equestrian facility we go to shows. It was amazing 10 years ago when it was brand new. Now it is looking run down and needs remodeling. The price is cheap and rooms are spacious. Air conditioner is quiet. Breakfast starts at 630 so we missed it as we needed to leave earlier. Other hotels start breakfast at 6 am. Because of that we will pick a different hotel next time.

I stay at this hotel multiple times per year as it close to the airport. My last booking will probably be my last as the front entrance was pungent with the smell of cat pee.
