We check in late at 10 clock at night I asked if we can check out 12 instead of 11 they said no check out at 11

I like that it was close to the airport and affordable rate for me. Not my 5lb dog who’s pet fee was more than half the rooms rate. 50$ pet fee.

The hotel is aged , old carpets and bathroom; but what I didn’t like the most was the unreasonable pet fee. I do a lot of travelling with my small 5 pound dog and I’ve never paid $50 for one night pet fee even at a fancy hotel.

Cleanliness, stained furniture whole building requires new carpets including suites, they were full of stains, level 3 lobby carpet was in worst condition had wrinkles in it, tripping hazard. poor pool water maintenance everyone got sick after one night stay.

Price was good and handy to airport.

Breakfast could have had more variety.

I loved the size of my room ! Was super comfortable. Staff were super friendly.

The full hot breakfast. Not just bagels and fruit, but eggs, bacon, potatoes and make your own waffles. Plus more. Location great to airport.

The carpets in hallways were easy to trip over due to rips.you really need to pay attention. The Canadian flag outside needs to be replaced. Other than that, all good.

Lovely king-size bed plus couch, coffee table and another table/desk. Free shuttle service even late at night and early in the morning.

That I was there for only 4 hours due to plane connections.

The location to the airport is great. The breakfast was good.

This hotel was SO dirty. The carpets in the elevator are disgusting and smell like wet dog. We stayed on the second floor and the carpet in the hallway is all bubbled up and ripped. It also smells like dog pee in the hallway. The rooms are old & outdated. We could hear the people upstairs all night long. And The bathroom was extremely dirty. Beds aren’t comfy. Under the bed had so many crumbs and super dirty. Just spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

The breakfast was my best and highlight of my stay.

The pillows are not that comfortable

The shuttle drivers and front desk clerk were fabulous.

The carpets and bedding were very worn. The grab and go breakfast was of poor quality

The rooms were very large and the connteinental breakfast was amazing.

A little dated, the floor.

Room and breakfast were good as was the pool.

The guide provided for tv channels did not match up. Also the display in the corner that comes up when changing to a new channel also did not match the actual channel.

Airport shuttle was convenient and included in the cost.

The breakfast was surprisingly good and exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend. The room was large. Check out was friendly.

Although the room was large, it was brown and dated. The lady at check-in barely said hello and went straight to our credit card. She did however try to find our Customer Rewards account, which was helpful.

The breakfast was a little different every morning. Not the exact same thing. Enjoyed the pool. The staff were friendly for the most part. Loved that they had hot brewed coffee and hot water for tea or hot chocolate right in the lobby. Got a free upgrade due to an incident in the first room. Housekeeping was fantastic and friendly.

There were ants in our first room so we got moved to a second room. We took pictures but the staff stated they didn't need to see them, that they didn't want to bother at that time of night. They said because we booked with booking.com, they couldn't offer a discount/refund, but they would offer a free upgrade the following morning. To the new room we go. Sadly, the pullout couch was more comfortable than the bed and not by much. The bed sagged towards the headboard and we felt like we were on an angle. Both of us woke up sore from the lumpy and worn mattress. The toilet handle barely worked and we had to pull it out and turn it to get it working. The assist bar behind the toilet wasn't properly anchored and when I tried to use it for support (to fix the toilet) it came out of the wall. The following morning we went to the front desk after breakfast because we didn't know what was going on. The lady working the desk (didn't get her name), had no idea what we were talking about. We probably could have come to a solution sooner, if she hadn't insisted on talking over me. After checking her communication book, she said the only notes were that we wanted to move to a new room. I informed her what the night crew had said about booking.com and the free upgrade in lieu of a discount. She told me that she's been there for some time and they didn't know what they were talking about. Way to have your coworkers back! I wasn't being rude or difficult. I just wanted to know where to go. Finally, we get to the 3rd room. The tile on the wall by the sink was just propped against it, not secured. The chair in the corner of the room had a cord sticking out from the seam in the arm. We had to put a damp towel on the radiator because we woke up with nosebleeds 3 days in a row. The wallpaper was peeling. The carpet in the hallway was coming up and looked outdated. Overall, not what I expected from the name brand.
