The gardens are beautiful & the beach access very close by however as far as the amenities were concerned- the pool was closed, the sauna under repair & none of the room phones working. The Wait staff were amazing but unfortunately the restaurant food was disappointing. So a mixed bag

We were unable to get fresh milk to make a cup of tea in the room. Longlife milk is only option. Reception told us to go to the nearest shop to buy some.

Sauna, gym, squash courts and outdoor pools all closed. Reflections cafe also closed, no room Service available and phones not working. Also had broken cupboards in kitchen of apartment, and room was not cleaned correctly upon arrival (food behind couch, champagne cork on gound, ice holder in freezer broken). Neighbours where quite noisy also. Tv control wouldnt work, wifi terrible. We were unable to use the tv due to these issues. Stay overall was comfortable. Staff where lovely.

It is a beautiful place to stay in a wonderful location. Saddly the restaurant staff were slow, unprofessional and seemed unqualified for the task. Our room wasnt ready to checkin for a few hours leaving not only us but others waiting aswell.

This place was fine.. but caters for large groups. It is a little dated and difficult to locate things internally, as there are no signs up. I really appreciated being able to have a swim.

Room was comfortable and ac worked well for a winter break. Some things are getting a bit old and ready for an upgrade, like the carpet. When I turned on the light in the kitchen and bathroom bugs went scurrying. A bit gross but not surprising in an old facility. Staff were all excellent!

Great hotel to accomodate large family in one appartment. All amenities were included. Heating was not great , otherwise overall a very pleasant experience. Specially loved swimming and the beach next door.

I found the stay noisy as you can hear vehicles and people through the night. The ensuite was not suitable as light floods into the bedroom when someone uses the bathroom . Overall though the setting and location is very good.

Very disappointed no power to our both night when we got how for 2hours Used QTips left on bench by tv No towel the second night House phone never worked so had go down to reception and ask for held Had also go to the restaurant and order our room service dinner again because no working phone

We had an issue with the air con the staff was quick to rectify and offered us another room, staff is very friendly very happy with our stay

Stunning, clean accommodation with great facilities loved it

We were very disappointed with some of the hotel staff’s management of another group staying at the resort. We paid good money to stay at a property and we had our stay interrupted repeatedly. The other group were staying at the property as well as using one of the function rooms. We were waken early on the first morning of our stay, with a man shouting and yelling whilst using a microphone. When we asked the front office, we were told that the group was finished that day and there would not be further disturbance. That was not correct. In fact on the evening of that same day, we had the need to ask the management for help as we had shouting and drums at 10pm. The great service at the front desk stopped the disturbance, which we greatly appreciated They stated that the group was checking out the next morning so there would be no further issues. 7am the next morning the shouting and drums started again. This was a Sunday morning. When we approached management, we were told we were wrong and the group was not using the function room at the time. I then stated that they were and she could see for herself through the foyer doors. Seeing the night manager later, he was shocked with what I said. The group did not have permission to use the room at this time. Many areas of the hotel- lift, bathrooms etc were not clean. The lifts need a thorough clean. Some staff actually made our stay more positive but others were not helpful.

Our stay was disappointing at best, the room smelled terribly of old carpet and dampness its dingy and old the noise from above kept me and my partner awake to 1030 pm were early risers and this almost ruined our weekend high points are its clean and the staff are welcoming but this was not what we expected for 600 a night its not a high class facility its highly disappointing
