There is a saying, you get what you pay for. Not this time. We got more.
I had booked an accessible room. We got a huge room in great condition. Super accessible both room and bathroom.

Hotel was good. Overnight team checked us in and was very nice when we checked
in late. Breakfast crew was not so accomodating. Breakfast is over at 930am. Turns out that means everything is gone by 930 and put away already. We went down at 915, and the hot stuff and waffles were being picked up. When I asked about more I was showed the location of the clock, ensuring that I knew breakfast was almost over.

I would stay again here. The only issue is that the first room e got smelled of smoke really bad and the toilet has uterine in it. We went to the desk and the y quickly got us in a different room that was very comfortable and smelled very clean.

The hotel claims to be pet-friendly, but that’s misleading. I learned this the hard way during our stay. My family and I left a disaster area in the wake of Hurricane Helene just to get shower and regain some normalcy. When I checked in, the front desk asked if I had pets. I confirmed that I did, only to be told I couldn’t stay in the room we reserved because it wasn’t pet-friendly. The hotel was fully booked, and we were forced to find another hotel that could accommodate family of six & 2 dogs an hour away after already driving two hours to get to this particular hotel. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and I will not be staying at any Choice Hotels in the future.

Was there the Saturday after Hurricane Helene. No power. During check-in the clerk left mid check-in to go to the bathroom while leaving my credit card on his desk and was gone 20 minutes.

I had booked a suite as I had six family members with us. She gave us the room key and we went to the room, walked in and realized it wasn’t a suite, went right back down and told I was suppose to have a suite as I had six in my family. She had to look around to see if she could switch us? Which she did. She ask if the room she originally gave us was rentable? I told her Yes we saw it was t the right kind of room, so their waiting in the hall. We went into the suite and as we were unpacking found food still in the microwave and the blankets for the pull out couch had been used. We just put them aside and my girls got their blankets out of the car. Room was dated and not very clean.

The person that checked us in was great and extremely helpful. The breakfast was good and always well stocked. The area was nothing fancy, but right next to a mall with plenty of shopping and food options. Only 10 min or so from downtown. Dog friendly.

Absolutely disgusting rooms!! Beds were dirty and sheets not changed, stains all across the carpeting, toilet seat hanging off the toilet! Immediately walked out and requested refund!

This hotel was easy to access from the interstate. It was very clean and my room had a king size bed with a pull-out couch that was very very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very nice. And the staff were extremely accommodating

Check in was a breeze and Paul behind the desk was super helpful. He offered me a room choice which I thought was very nice and informed me of the WiFi password and breakfast times. My room is very clean and has plenty of towels and a couch area I wasn’t expecting. It cooled down quickly and has updated outlets that allowed for easy charging.

We found it an excellent location as a pit stop on our way to the mountains. Plenty of restaurants and some shopping nearby. Also very close to I26 which was very important to us.

Very honest front desk person . Upon check out, I forgot to take out my $50 which I put in between my keycards. I check out and went to the ice vending room and she hurriedly found me to return my $50.
On the bad side, I decided not to stay in a hotel that allows pet. The dog across our room keeps on barking early in the morning. They should have a separate section for people who have dogs.
