The hotel was quite and clean, the food in the restaurant was great. Fresh, well seasoned and presented with care. The restaurant manager was friendly and helpful as well. The front desk staff was very nice and attentative. The actual rooms were clean as well and the beds were some of the most comfortable beds I have slept in.

The walls in the bathroom in front of the toliet were a little dirty. Like maybe some wiped their hands there. It didn't keep me from using the bathroom. But, I can see how it may have been missed especially if the toliet was not used when cleaning.

Breakfast was amazing. Location was great.

The heat didn’t work in our room, entire unit had to be replaced the next morning. The phone didn’t work. The toilets were slow flushing and most of the time didn’t flush.

The room was bigger than I expected. Also, the staff were very nice.

No Microwave in rooms..Manager stated after we checked in that rooms doesn’t come with microwave. Phone cord was missing of phone in room and was told would deliver but never received cord..Reminder!! If you book through Booking.com you most likely will be staying in a Handicapped room, no microwave and missing phone cord..The dinning/restaurant states hours of operation but please be advised it’s not open for your convenience. The overall stay was TERRIBLE!!!! If you’re ever in the area PLEASE PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DUMP!!!

Quiet location, the hotel and our room were very clean, and the staff was great.

Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Front desk staff were very friendly. Close to eating places and QT gas station. Easy access to business 85 to hit 85.

Amount of construction around the hotel but that's not their fault.

My room was really nice and comfortable.

I didn't like that housekeeping came to the door while I was getting dressed and I asked if they could come back in 20 minutes and i was told yes. No one ever came back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean but most of all the staff on all 3 shifts were very helpful, friendly and polite. I had multiple rooms booked and we arrived hours apart and it wasn't an issue to allow them to go ahead and check in and get their keys without me present. We travel a lot for softball and we have run into many different experiences and this one was very positive. I have booked this hotel for another tournament in a couple of weeks with the option to cancel because of some previous stays at other hotels. We will be staying there next time as well.
