The hotel is great, rooms clean (but we have seen few beetles). Breakfast is very tasty. Pool small (5x7m) and cold.

I strongly advise against booking this hotel. Although it’s relatively close to the city, it definitely doesn’t meet expectations. The rooms have no air conditioning, and instead, there’s only a small desk fan that fails to cool the room properly. This made the night unbearable, especially during warmer days. To make matters worse, the beds have no sheets at all, forcing you to sleep directly on the mattress cover. When I entered the room, I noticed that the window had been left open, resulting in a room full of mosquitoes, insects, and other bugs, especially along the ceiling. Honestly, it felt like sleeping in the jungle. The breakfast was a major disappointment. The little that was offered consisted of dry bread and scrambled eggs that completely killed my appetite. In summary, I would advise everyone to avoid this hotel. The poor quality of both the accommodation and service is not worth the price you have to pay. Opt for another hotel that actually offers value for money.

The hotel, location, and service were excellent, but unfortunately, the bed had several hairs, which significantly impacted my experience. It made me question whether the bedding had been properly cleaned. Since we went to bed late, we didn't have the energy to request a room change, so I can't speak to how the staff would have handled it.

The city was incredible. And the hotel was terryfying. You can walk every historic place from the hotel. Staff was helpful and kind.

It was good that I could arrange a late check in through a locker type system. The hotel is situated close to a tram stop, by the nice parks in the city, and some amazing views of you have front facing rooms. There have been some recent renovations following COVID-19, but they are still doing the work. Occasionally some parts were incomplete liike tiling right spaces. There is intended accessible rooms, but do not live up to the expectations as the seats are too far away from the shower and the toilet has no support. The stay for progressively worse, here are a few pointers. The swimming pool is small, good for aqua aerobics not swimming. It is private and there are extra costs. massage was terrible, making muscles more sore than relaxed. We agreed to book for 60min, but then was told, without reason, it can only be 30min. Room was not cleaned properly, bed not made, tea tray not cleaned. Tea cups were not replaced, only washed at the sink.. Poor hygiene. Breakfast was typical continental and was average. No personally made options, and few gluten free foods
