Perfect location, affordable, clean. Breakfast minimal, but sufficient.

Unfortunately we had to leave unexpectedly for a family medical emergency so did not stay overnight. However, want to let folks know the motel is a little jewel in the Berkshires. Would love to go back.

Very updated & interior was gorgeous! Pleasant scent upon entering. Bkfst was hot or cold cereal; rolls; bagels & muffins with coffee, milk & OJ. Highly recommended!

Clean, quiet, recently updated, and comfortable, the Villager Motel met my expectations and then some. I'll certainly stay with them again the next time I'm in Williamstown.

Loved the homey feel of the outside layout of the units (and flowers) and clean room.

I was outrunning a thunderstorm and arrived well before check-in. The owner graciously let me check in so I could get my motorcycle covered before it began to storm.

This is a small lovely motor court. The staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and inviting. Our room appeared to have recently updated and was fresh and clean. Comfortable bed and new bathroom. We will definitely stay here again and recommed this place to others.

We we’re traveling with a group for a work between Dorset VT and New Lebanon NY, so the location was perfect. Kira at the front desk was so helpful, from checking everyone in to even helping me print something I needed for work! The rooms were lovely and clean, comfortable beds, the window opens for fresh air. Reasonable price for the area. I only wish the window in the bathroom opened too but other than that it was great.

It is a very clean and quiet place. We liked the breakfast. The only thing is that I didn't have a signal. But the Internet works great.

We got our room and had to switch it because of the very noisy bathroom fan. The young lady who helped was wonderful. Once settled , there was no hot water. Apparently it has an automatic shut off and you have to run the water for 5 minutes to bring the hot water temperature up ! Ridiculous!!! So when you wake up , you need to run the sink and the tub hot water to take a shower !! The bathroom fan was filled with dust , yuck ! The room is tight for 2 people to walk around. The small refrigerator is great since it has a real freezer that works. Coffee in room is a drip maker not a Keurig. The breakfast was ok … bagels, waffles, coffee, juice , oatmeal packet and cereal, prepackaged glazed buns and prepackaged muffins.

Clean and great customer service

A 8.6 average ratings seems way too high. The place is very clean, but the AC in our room had a very musty smell that stuck to our clothing even after leaving the motel which was very unpleasant and gave me a headaches. Also, the bathroom is very small and has an even smaller bathtub with angles at the sides which makes for a rather slippery situation when you shower, which resulted in our daughter slipping.

One night stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was really helpful for local recommendations. The housekeeping staff are awesome and the beds and bedding were so comfortable.

The motel is perfect for tourists travelling by car since parking is very easy. Free breakfast is available in the morning. Large rooms and nice staff people. The Motel is 5 minute driving from the town center of North Adam. There is a restaurant nearby, or you need the car to reach the town centre.

The room was great, clean and neat. There was a chemical odor in the room, we actually rented two rooms and they both had an odor. I am unable to identify, other than to think it was some sort of chemical odor. I got some fabreeze to help. Friendly staff on check in.

No frills motel. Clean and convenient. The breakfast was a light continental.

I arrived well after midnight, but called ahead and my room was waiting for me. The room was clean and it was in a safe area. Definitely worth the money!
