Very nice stay. Bed pillows not so nice. Very flimsy!

The hotel started off great, we stopped before hand at a store and got snacks, we left the room for a couple hours and came back to them infested with little bugs and a trail of them leading to the window. They were very quick and great to give us a new room but acted like this was a normal occurrence.
Pros: Breakfast was great and the area was good, nice distance to the food and the National Parks.

We arrived at the room, to a very hot room, even after a shower we were sweating. Stayed for 8 nights, on last night hotel had a false alarm go off throughout the whole hotel, at 3 am and thru the whole morning up until 7:45 am. Left the hotel restless, and very upset.

Our room was comfortable and clean. It did have a weird smell when we arrived but it was tolerable. The extra blanket in the closet smelled burnt from over drying. We stayed on the fourth floor and the hallway didn't have air conditioning. Fortunately, the room's A/C was fine. There was a huge unit in the parking lot ready to install. Overall, it was a good stay. Minor things that could have been better.

upon arrival, I was put in a room with only a shower (though I booked a room with a soaking tub) and the drapes didn't function. The front desk clerk was very kind and immediately gave me a room with a tub and functional drapes. I was very happy sleeping there on my way to a retreat in Homestead.

Good medicre hotel that does the job. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. I did have to kill a roach in the bathroom, but the location was great.

I had a king suite and was actually blown away with how nice my room was and the breakfast was really good. Pool patio area was really nice and species Gave 4 stars because the pool was closed during my stay but the pool area looked really nice and that's why i chose this hotel but like i said it was closed. Would've been 5 stars if pool was open

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The girl went out of her way to find us a room with a pool view which I requested but she didn’t mention their pool on site was closed! Other than that the stay was good. The breakfast had a lot of good options.

To start with we booked two rooms they said that we had checked in on one of the bookings already which we had just arrived there so that was the first strike second strike was it was about 90° up on the 5th floor in the hallway and our room would only cool off to about 75 degrees the third strike was the pool is down .But V and staff i delt with were great.

Stayed for 1 night, could not fault the room, staff or breakfast, but we stayed on the second floor and there was a loud grinding/buzzing noise every few minutes even right through the night, didn’t get much sleep, it was so annoying, we have stayed here before so didn’t read the recent reviews or we would have seen that this has been mentioned by other customers and nothing has been done about it for the last few months.

Staff was great and a hiccup with the room which they took care of nights 2 and 3. Pool was out of order just had to walk to next hotel over not a big deal.

The hallway to the rooms were not air conditioned. It was so stuffy and humid that the door to our room was hard to close, most likely due to expansion from the heat and moisture. Had to keep going down to front desk to reprogram key cards. Room smelled musty and the floor was sticky. To make matters worse, the pool was closed which is a deal breaker especially when traveling with children.

Personally for me the hotel was okay but not excellent,the room was practically bare ,it wasn't inviting at all,not enough lighting is like this hotel is trying to save some money,less lights,towels,the lamps are so old that you can see the rust on them,the plug didn't fit in,the blanket was kind of nasty dirty,the bathroom was dirty ,especially the place where you put the soap it looked like hadn't been cleaned in ages,I stayed there two days and they didn't even bother to change the sheets and put new towels ,they started doing every other day the clerk desk mentioned,but what is that I am paying all that money to the hotel for.The hotel looks good from outside and inside the lobby but the room ,I don't know..
