Convenient and accommodation in line with expectation. Good shower and breakfast facilities. Outside of the property requires a facelift and tidying up to make it more appealing.

To describe it as including breakfast is laughable. It was self service which would be fine if there were bowls and cutlery available. There was milk and juice and wine glasses? The bread tasted like cardboard. Drawers to put your dirty dishes in?

Very poor standard even considering budget end. Fixtures broken. Terrible smell in the room.

Gaining the access code was tortuous. No parking available Did not like the idea of an unmanned/staffed hotel. Nobody on site

Everything was satisfactory

Couldn't get into the building, the van parked right outside had someone in it smoking weed. didn't stay and went home instead.

The web said we booked a Queen size bed and the reality was a small double bed. You could hear absolutely everything that moved in the house. People above started walking around from 5 am so couldn’t sleep since then. Small bathroom was clean but sink was outside in the room not in the bathroom just next to the main door and the towel handle was place the other side of the door. Awful.

Close to where i wanted to be, easy walk to shops, Unfortunately there was an Earky Start withthe DIY Maintanance man...8am, which was the down side of the prpoerty.

Not a great stay I’m afraid. The shower still retained hair from previous booking and the bed was very uncomfortable. Most disappointing of all was the fact that I made several attempts to contact the hotel/duty manager to try to move rooms and despite calling/emailing the property I have not received any correspondence or reply. I know it was relatively cheap but I would still expect to be comfortable and experience a positive customer service interaction. I didn’t achieve either.

A great central location near a nice park. Very quiet at night. Everything you would need. I highly recommend this

Very pleasant and value for money

Had an overnight stay to catch up with friends in the area. Whilst the room was great, the absence of breakfast impacted badly on my stay. A wonderful dining area was spoilt by the lack of food for breakfast. There was just about enough milk to make a cup of tea. Plenty of cereal around but no milk. No bread for toast but you have to admire the redundant toaster as it has ornamental value. Suppose it saves on hiring someone to clean up!! Had to buy breakfast on my way home which was an unexpected and disappointing surcharge, which took the gloss off my stay. Lesson learnt.

The property was quite lovely and quiet. It would have benefitted better with a microwave and undercounter fridge.

Although not staffed, access worked well. Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The only negative was the breakfast which was very basic and no one responded to a request for more supplies.

I think the description for this property would be better if made clear that this a budget property, in a residential area which is unmanned and basic. The room was tiny, tv tiny mounted high on the wall, tiny single metal frame bed and bathroom facilities which are in need of upgrade. Chipped walls, doors and paintwork.

We were not supplied with milk ,and there was insufficient furniture in the bedroom or bathroom, ie no chair or towel rail.

Everything was great, Value for Money. Looked a little jaded from outside the front door, but inside is nice, but take your own milk for cereal, there wasn’t any left by the morning

Location and condition not good

The room was absolutely fine! Was clean and had everything you would need, even tea and coffee facilities! I stayed here for a night whilst going out with work colleagues and it done the job, nothing to complain about.

Value for money, tea making good, on site parking. no proper headboard.

Clean, warm room. Excellent shower. Comfortable bed. Very convenient for city centre. Free parking.

Tidy and clean room, very friendly atmosphere. Was excellent for the price we paid and will definitely be returning.
