Hotel needs a serious updating carpet was pulling up in spaces. I have stayed there for 5 days twice year over the past three years and won’t go back the grout in the showers are dirty the walls are dinged the carpet is frayed. They charge way to
much for the current conditions.

We made reservations for 2 rooms. We got their and they said they were completely booked that hotel.com ahould not have allowed us to book. So we left made another reservation at another hotel and we get therr get unpacked and they tell us the exact same thing!!!! We have not been credited for these rooms. This is such bad business. I have been on the phone and been hung up on twice this morning. Tried to talk by chat with 0 help.

The staff were lovely and it was nice to find a restaurant on site. But the first room I was given had no running water. Second room was a mildew farm, ugh that bathroom was sketchy - even the hair conditioner bottle was covered in black crud

All we wanted was a nice clean quiet stay and that’s what we got. When we venture to Macon, GA, this is the only place that we have stayed. Why mess with perfection???

Overall it was a nice stay, but the area around the hotel was not the best, felt very unsafe, and the carts for luggage were broken. I would say it was nice overall, but did not meet my expectations that I’ve build with past Marriott stays experiences.

No barista at Starbucks after 10 AM. Needed at arrival in PM
Complained of tv problem twice. Said couldn’t be replaced until it totally quit. It did at 6:30 this morning.
But - Staff was friendly and food in restaurant was good. Bed was comfortable.

Hard to know anything about the property our check-in was delayed 2 1/2 hours even though we arrived past the 4:00p check-in time. Had a concert to attend so we had to leave. The notification that our room was ready came at 7:45p.

Ice machine didn’t work had to leave 4 floor to go all way down to the 2nd floor… was told several times that it worked!!! Bed was like spring was gone in it ! Room 424

This staff at this location was very professional & friendly. The property is a little older & the bathrooms need to be updated.
My television was old & did not work well. I called the front desk & was eventually moved to another room for a better television. The maintenance guy was really nice.

This is a nice hotel. Big negative, hiding fees. These should simply be included in listed price and not added after. This is unethical marketing. Expedia shoud address this with all hotels that charge standard extra fees, and demand that be listed beside the price for the hotel. $25 for parking and $25 for blah, blah, blah you find out when you check in. All prices listed should just be $50 more. I am a Marriott member, platinum expedia traveller and will not stay here again although the hotel is convenient to my frequent travel and a nice hotel.

Very spacious room with large and comfortable double bed. Everything in room such as fridge and microwave plus laundry facilities nearby was very useful and much appreciated. Very good value for the price we paid. All staff were excellent. We shall stay in a Marriott hotel again.

There was a long line at check in, apparently because part of the system was not working. There was a fan/vent in the shower caked with dust. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The shower didn’t get hot enough. Housekeeping was knocking and tried to enter my room at 9AM while I was getting ready. I thought Marriott would be better than this.

Clean comfortable with a bar, coffee shop, gym, pool - water was pretty cold but it kept our little one happy for a few hours. Great stop of I75 - stopped on our way down and back.

We only stayed in town for one night but property was a close Uber to the downtown area. Would recommend to other travels in the area!

Booked online, got to hotel, was not told it was under construction. Our room had a workman in it installing lights. Was given a free breakfast ticket "for the inconvienance. The bathroom sink on the room did not drain. The main lobby by the restaurant and bar had workmen working with loud equipment til well after 9. Tries to charge us for wifi but we are members, made to pay for parking and extra 10.00. Ridiculous.

The staff didnt give me a parking pass at check in when i specifically asked if i needed one and where to park. Night shift staff gave me one when i got back to the hotel.

The front desk ladies were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. Nothing fancy but enough selection to please most everyone. Small city so the hotel isn't far from most places but it's about a mile's walk from downtown with a lot of road construction on the way.

Had to lug our luggage up to the fifth floor because no bellman or carts, suggest bringing your own cart if you are checking in at a popular time

phone system did not work. Neither the bar or the room TV could get the Thursday night football game. Had trouble checking in because the system did not work. Only breakfast choice was a $13.99 extensive breakfast. In the past a light breakfast was included with the room. I have written to Marriott customer service two weeks ago with no response. The bar could not call our room to tell us to come pick up our room service. We waited and waited and finally had to go down to the bar to pick it up. Very disappointed . We have stayed at the property a number of times. Likely no more.
