Stayed for a quick one night, no issues, clean and friendly, bed was a little stiff but no major complaints. Was a little overpriced for what you get compared.

Hotel is dated, there was a slight smell in the room, lighting is not very good, beds were comfortable. Hotel was a little somewhat disappointing. Expected more form an 8+ rating.

For the most part it wasn’t bad. The lighting in the room and bathroom was terrible. I couldn’t see to shave nor could my wife see to put on makeup or do her hair. It was clean but needs some TLC.

This was an aweful stay. There was blood stains on the sheets, the shower make a noise the whole time. The curtains were broken. Never staying there again I’ll get an Air B&B

PLEASE READ THIS WARNING IF YOU'RE BOOKING AT THIS HOTEL. I made this reservation weeks in advance because we were dropping my son off at college on a specific day. We were arriving somewhat later than expected, so we called ahead mid-afternoon and the person at the desk said that's fine, "you're all set, and I'll make a note that you're coming in late tonight." Then, I arrived with my entire family of 6 at almost 11 pm, including a toddler, and we were told that THEY DID NOT HAVE A ROOM FOR US. I said what, we had a reservation, and I have the confirmation right here!?!? They said, SORRY, NO ROOM. I was and am still furious, my entire family had just driven 9 hours, had checked in, and were handled like this. Then I called Hotels.com - they (someone with a heavy accent) called the property and said, "well, I guess there's no room, so you have to figure something else out." Thanks punks. There may be something in the fine print that justifies their actions, but this is inexcusable to me, and IF they have something in their policy that allows this it SHOULDN'T BE IN THE FINE PRINT. To add insult to injury, neither this La Quinta nor Hotels.com offered to comp us ANYTHING for our trouble. We had to drive almost an hour away and check in at a hotel in Little Rock. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL, and shame on you Hotels.com if you're letting them get away with this crap, especially leaving a family left in the cold and not even a comped night. Otherwise, the hotel was "meh" anyway.

Close to Harding. Room was clean, but the fridge froze my soda can, my dinner leftovers, and my water bottle. The person in the room next to us had the tv to full blast -- there is NO soundproofing as is listed in the description. Breakfast is slim pickings, but it was free, so that's what mattered.

Room was clean, the carpeting was gooey...I could t bring myself to walk on it without shoes. The bed was excellent and comfortable. The TV was troublesome....Directv was on, then it was off, then it was on again......I tried to access the guide, and the screen would lock up. It finally started working again after I called MX. Hotel was quiet. Back door card reader was inop. Manager said it was being repaired, but it was still broke when we left.

Internet is required. They advertise internet services and I found out after checking in, that their internet did not work. The phones didn’t work either. Guessing the phones are VOIP phones. Thus, went to the front desk to ask about the internet. They sated they have been out for a couple of days, hope to have it on the next day, and that the CAT5 cord from the wall still worked. So I went back to the room to test it. Yeah, just as I thought, it did not work either. So I grabbed my things from the table and left.
I guess everything else was ok because I did not stay to check things out. Nothing was messed up. I washed my hands in the sink and immediately went to work.
The lack of service lost several hours that could have been productive.
Traveling when working requires internet. I should have had a 100% refund as I had to check out and go somewhere else.

The staff were so friendly. The check in was the fastest I've ever had! Their breakfasts was nice as well. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows. Small and flat.

I was not given the type of room I booked and paid for. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom, mold in and on the toilet, the tubs was dirty, same as the bathroom floor and counter. I went to the front desk and was given a toilet bowl brush and cleaner and was told I will have to clean my own room. I called the hotel manager James the following morning and his customer service was as bad a the front desk clerk the night before. He made excuses for everything and offered no accommodation.

The location of the property is convenient off the highway but leaves much to be desired in outdoor space. The lobby appears clean and actually fairly welcoming. However, that is where the good basically stops. All staff members interacted with were unkempt and not at all professional. They were unable to assist with some aspects of basic check in or providing additional linens for fold out sleeper sofa. Only one ice-maker in the building was operable. The breakfast bar was a sad display, and I had to alert the attendant, who had already made several laps "checking" items, that the bowls of oranges was covered in significant mold. Lastly, no wifi password was made available in the room or on the key card or any noticeable display. While our room was okay, it could have been cleaner.

One of the worse places we have stayed in all our trips. We rented a room for 3 adults and 3 children. I can share a screen shot showing it sleeps 6. When we got there late in the evening I wait out front in the lobby for about 15 min and finally someone came to the desk. We then got to our room to find out it has one bed and one small couch. I would like to know where the other 3 people were to sleep. Then there were no pillows or blankets other then the main bed. In the bathroom there was one bottle of shampoo and one bar of soap and 3 towels.
In the morning breakfast was done very well. We then went to the pool that again had no towels.
Overall I would rate the a 2 out of 10. My children slept in the floor with a made up blanket bed. Very bad night without sleep.

Room was fine. No stopper for the bathtub. No regard for people who are diabetic or non sugar users. All the coffee creamer was flavored &/or full of sugar. No regular cream.
