Had a wonderful two week day here at the ASTON Kuta. The staff were fantastic, especially the breakfast dining room staff, but everyone was super friendly and helpful. I was travelling solo and they all made my stay wonderful. Very comfy beds and pillows, amazing buffet breakfast, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, easy to get transport and so much more. Not a large resort (which I am glad of) more intimate with a good size central pool. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

I had a really bad and sad experience while visiting Bali this being my 5th time. The Aston was a saving grace of the trip it was lovely. The only thing that would have made it better was a ‘spa makeover’ it was not up to the standard of the rest of this lovely hotel .

Friendly staff the Hotel is located near shops and 5 minute walk to the beach.Most of the clientele are Asians can be very noisy at all times hard to get a good night sleep.

This hotel is pretty run down like many in Bali. We had a terrible experience at the rooftop restaurant- do not get the steak from there. Reception/staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location close to the airport. Room was clean but the TV is so old and cannot connect to internet.

The room was fantastic, very clean. Breakfast options were great! Staff were attentive and really made us feel welcome. Only improvement would be to have seating around pool as it was hard to watch kids in the pool

We enjoyed our stay but there were a few things could have been better. Our room service menu in the room was basic. We found out on the last night there was more we could pick from. The pool needed to be cleaned it was not clear which meant low is something. Pool bar was average. No real atmosphere as no music. Sun beams straight into bar at happy hour making bar hot. Our room cards kept needing to be reset.
Happy with the location of our room and greatful for a 3 bedroom.

This was a great stay for one night and I appreciate the free upgrade. The room was a great size, clean and basic. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. The location was good for walking to restaurants.

I was extremely disappointed with the gym room & the hotel looks pretty old & lack of maintenance.

The property is dirty pure and simple. The lift the hallways unacceptable really. Room was clean, bed was good. But no way should this hotel have a star rating. Breakfast was good nice staff in restaurant. Location is excellent. But seriously badly managed and no matter what they say here can not change the fact the place was filthy. Way better hotels around. No excuse for not wiping something clean..

The staff were excellent and the property and rooms were up to a good standard. Pool area is quite restricted due to be enclosed in centre if courtyard and unfortunately closed every night at 6pm. Breakfast was excellent as well but evening BBQs were very expensive compared to elsewhere.

Sit at the lounge for two hours, and complain twice before we can check into our room. We book for 3, we do have 3 bath towel but no others, and only have two sets of glass / cups.. worker here are friendly though, & the breakfast have lots of choices.

But do note that the property is right next to airport so it’s a bit far if u have to see all the key destinations in Bali and the place can be prone to traffic jams which we got stuck quite often..

Overall for first time visit, it was good.
Malls , beach, grocery , convenience, and restaurants all within walking distant.
Hotel was helpful in booking activities. A little bit of language barrier but log onto their free WiFi and use a translator.
