Cap off of back of toilet seat. Hard to maneuver bathroom faucet handle.

We were assigned from what would have been a little nicer upper floor room to a main floor "pet friendly"room with our small service dog. Person who appeared to be a manager came out during check in and loudly and inappropriately, gave instructions to clerks. Seemed unprofessional. Room had a strong, unpleasant odor. Floor was uneven, and just felt over used and worn. Overall, not a pleasant stay and we won't be returning.

They had us in the other building which was not noted in the pictures… no elevator… very old structure with zero amenities without going outside to the other building.

The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The people in charge of the breakfast area always kept the food stocked and the tables clean. Our one big complaint was that there was no elevator and you didn't know that from the website description. The picture shows a three story building which is required to have an elevator, but there is a second, two story building that has no elevator and that was where our room was on the second floor. We are elderly and cannot carry bags up flights of stairs. The hotel needs to make this lack of elevator clear in the reservation process so that seniors and those with limited mobility can get a room in the building with an elevator. The desk clerk was able to switch our room with someone else who was on the ground floor, which we greatly appreciated, but it was a tedious process for her to do so since the hotel was fully booked.

Had breakfast elsewhere after 2 days of waffles - orange lovely - eggs and sausage not of interest. Needed real food options.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

It was just an overnighter. It was a good nights sleep.

Excellent location and very comfortable room. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

First room we had was very nice and quiet. The following week when we returned, the room we were given had a very loud annoying air conditioner! We had to turn it off so we could hear the television and sleep at night. All the rooms had toilets built for midgets or very small people. I am only 5ft tall and it felt like I was sitting on the floor.

We had a great stay. We had 2 queen beds and plenty of room for our large luggage to be opened and left open. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The desk folks were very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Good place to stay on our way through the town. We appreciated that the hotel was 100% smoke free.

Close to route we were travelling and priced very reasonably Much cleaner than other hotels near by

Came in for a bike race. Was fairly priced for what we needed. Had a basic breakfast that wasn't fantastic. But, overall perfect for what we needed.

Our stay was only 1 night. We were put on the 2nd floor of what they called the annex. That was the building next door and did not have an elevator. We are seniors and were not able to take our luggage to our room for the night. We did not realize we would be in a different building or we probably wouldn't have stayed there. We ordered pizza delivered and the desk called when the delivery man got there and said we had to come over to the main building because the driver could not come into the building we were staying in. When I got to the other building there was nobody there with our pizza and nobody at the front desk. When I went back to the other building I found the delivery driver in the hallway because he had found a door opened.This was not what we had expected. I confirmed our reservation for our 1 night stay on our way back through in week and tried to make sure we would not end up in the same situation. I was told they would note it, but would not be able say where the room would be. I feel we are paying too much to be in a building next door. We should not have to walk back through the parking lot to get to the pool & hot tub to relax before we go to bed and back over to eat our breakfast in the morning before we leave. We will be driving all day to get there and really just want to relax & have a good nights sleep. We will probably cancel and stay at a different hotel on our way back through town.

I would give it 5 stars if it had an elevator

This is a very nice and clean BW...good staff also. Weird location but even though there is a highway close and closer train it is quiet. We were pleased to have a good nights sleep. Thank you BW North LV

Nice rooms, great breakfast.

Large group of family. 11 of us this trip. Rooms were great, staff was great, breakfast was great. My only complaint was that we were unable to access the pool due to something being wrong with the key card. I am unsure.

The hotel was convenient to the major highways, restaurants, and next to a market. The staff was friendly and competent, the hotel was clean and provided amenities.

Laundry room didn’t have a change machine. Small pool Beds comfortable and breakfast bar. Very quiet rooms for sleeping.

I’ve stayed here several time and the staff and hotel were really great…

Could have better breakfast options

The breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. The fact that there was no water source in the lobby area - other than the bottled water for purchase was not cool, and the coffee pot being within reach of the toilet was crude. One and done!

The stay was okay. My issues were the toilet would only flushed every third attempt and the bathroom door wouldn't close it was always open 2 inches...Also the AC didn't work very well.

We have stayed here manhy times. It remains a reliable stop-over.
