Never a good sign when your bathroom has a plunger sitting in it. The room was not very clean. Front desk staff not friendly.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting our newly graduated Soldier at Ft. Leonard Wood. Conveniently located and the room was beautiful. Thank you!

The staff is friendly, deserves raises, and was so helpful.
The bed was noisy when moving and the mattress would slip every time you got on the bed. Mattresses are hard, but clean. Room was clean, A/C great.
Do not stay for the breakfast, go ahead and plan to go somewhere to get something to eat unless you are a muffin and coffee only person.

The Room was Clean and Comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t what I expected( Cereal, Toast and Yogurt) but it was Ok

Building was very old. Bathroom walls had cracks in it that weren’t repaired. Bathroom had bugs in it. You had to request for your room to be cleaned. Breakfast was all processed food. Nothing fresh. It was satisfactory for an overnight stay but anything more would not recommend

Turn on heating unit. Had black stuff coming out of unit. When to front desk advised. Person on duty, got a rag and vacuum , cleaned it a bit. Not sure but think it was mold. One of washers would not take the money,so only one machine worked. Free breakfast was lacking.

Property and room was great. Girl at front desk had attitude, and not helpful. Tvs weren't working due to a storm few days earlier. understandable, but no effort to try another room, Very unsympathetic. Not her thing I guess.

Clean, comfortable & modern. I enjoyed my stay here. It was a great value. There could be more options for the am breakfast but with Cracker Barrel close by, that was the better option. Don't hesitate to book here!

I saw a lot of great reviews and they must be for the wrong hotel. This place was crap. The smell as you walk in to the lobby is something like stale mildew. the room had a funky musk to it that was very offputting. The bed would have been ok, but they only had what I can guess as half pillows on the bed, the breakfast was stale muffins and very limited other items. Ignore the picture with the waffle maker, because they took that out. No, there isn't a hot tub as some pictures may show. The staff had a meth club going, or at least that's what it looked like. It was all just bad....

The front desk at night, I approach her about our key doesn’t work and when I say thank you, she just look at me! And the breakfast maybe change it a little bit more, we don’t want small muffin for breakfast and no other choice aside for the muffin and bread!

Hotel is fine, especially for the area. Nothing special but everything was acceptable for the price in St. Robert.

This was a perfect stay for me because it was just a couple miles from Fort Leonard Wood. The bed was comfortable, the AC unit was actually pretty quiet, so there wasn't any motor running all night. The only thing I would have liked more is a better Continental Breakfast.
