Great service and staff

This is a conference low budget soulless experience

Beautiful and clean property with accommodating staff however we had an obnoxious noisy person in the room adjoining and the walls are paper thin. Room service was terrible and there was no attempt to accommodate for their error. Other than that great restaurant options and night club and the rooms were clean and presented exactly how they do online. Overall if I had to I will stay there again.

Very modern and beautiful hotel.

Spent a week and enjoyed our stay. The staff is dedicated and offer good service, are very attentive. Breakfast buffet has a fair bit of options but can be better in the quality and needs more variety in vegetarian. This is the only area that I would say needs improvement in this hotel.

Great stay, rooms were spacious and clean. They are suitable for families with children. Staff eager to serve you. I recommend it.

Stayed here and was really good bed. The only negative part when we checking out the receptionist didn’t want to help to get taxi. She asked us to get our own and we don’t know how because we are tourist

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The gym was outfitted nicely and the pool area was spacious with plenty of seating.

I would definitely like to stay at Aloft in the near future.

Great size rooms, energetic vibe, outdoor pool has an excellent vibe and service/food around the pool area (including for dinner) excellent at a reasonable price. Abu Dhabi a spread out city so location outside centre is fine, central relative to sites (palace, Grand Mosque), airport and theme parks. Highly recommend.

absolut recommanded. of course it is not Downtown. Everything can be reached quickly. the Hotel with the different restaurants / bars as well the modern design definatly a insider. will come back for sure

Remy at reception was excellent. Jelilah (housekeeping on the 11th Floor during my stay) was EXCELLENT 10/10. Parking is a bit of a pain initially when I first arrived. But I got used to it.

Remy at reception was excellent. Car parking isn’t easily accessible. Confusing. A lot of getting use to. For a new arrival, it’s a chore to get to it.

I came as a part of the ADIBF held there at the ADNEC. It was super convenient. Though there were lots of events going on and the hotel was packed, they were still able to offer great service including late check out. I’m already planning my next stay back!

It was vey good.The hotel it was very comfortable and clean.The environment very safe. The neighborhood very nice.The staff very helpful( Marie,Rehmad,Ajrau). They had help me with the booking to attractions also.Strongly recommanded.

I was supposed to write a one-star review earlier this morning due to having one of my worst nights in this hotel due to a loud party that can be heard from our room on the 10th floor at 2 am. This is with a combination of an agonising non-stop air-condition dripping sound overnight (please fix this - room 1029!) There was no empathy from the Front Office when I have shared this challenge, and I had to demand a late check-out instead of being offered because of this loud music till 3 am. No apologies were given even when I shared this upon having my key reactivated for the late check-out. Call 0 for the small stuff; you will end up waiting for 30 mins. Everything changed when we were met by LILET, manager of Glow, at the main lobby. Since we slept at 3 am, we woke up late and missed breakfast in Dine. She invited us for a Lazy Sunday Brunch in Glow. The care, attention and empathy she has extended to my family turned this awful experience into something magical. Aloft management is lucky to have Lilet. It would be best if you had more Lilet around your property.
