A lovely stay. Easy access to SU. Bathroom tub fixtures need attention, our faucet was actually falling off the wall, but clean and in the end did work.

The property as a whole looked great! You can tell the property was recently renovated and the festive fall decor was a nice touch!
The room itself did not seem renovated recently, as there were floorboards were missing, small holes in the wall (bathroom), scuffs in the paint, toilet was off balance/not secure to the floor. The fridge was not cold enough to keep food preserved / keep a water bottle cold. The room setup and size however was perfect and we love that the property is pet friendly :)

Our room wasn't ready and we checked in well after 3pm. The room was very dusty. We could see what looked like pet hair on the carpet (we are pet lovers but it didn't look like a vacuum had been run). One bed's sheets were on inside out.

Stopped by day before to inquire about early checkin. Gave me hotel card and asked that we call first. They never answered the phones. No coffee made as so few guests booked. Hotel was clean. A bit slow on room cleaning. Wall dispensers in shower for soap and shampoo empty. Towel rack fell on floor I fixed it. Everything worked out not much near hotel so would stay elsewhere or be bired

The toilet did not flush! We had to take the toilet lid off and pull up on the stopper for it to flush! We told the hotel front desk attendant and she said she’d report to have it fixed but no one come to fix it.

The rooms were filthy. The bathroom stunk of mildew and there was hair and other debris on the floor, side of the tub, and on the bottles of shampoo/lotion, etc.. We requested a room change and the second room was not much better. The bathroom was still unacceptable and there was a dirty, used plastic spoon on the floor next to the desk. It was obvious that the door handles, TV remote, and phone had not been disinfected recently. Beyond that, the pool was murky and the pool area was sweltering hot (an indoor pool). There were children from 2 other families that were out of control rowdy, making it unsafe for other children to swim. The only good thing was that the rooms were well-insulated and so were very quiet for sleeping.

The first night we stayed, we had a problem with the toilet not working properly. We brought it to their attention and they went to fix it immediately! By the time we returned, everything was great. We have stayed at this same location before and get the same excellent service. We will return same time next year.

The room was dated, but comfortable. There was no fan in the bathroom, so the mirror fogged up, The faucet in the shower so loose and felt like it could be pulled from the wall. The staff were friendly and accomodating.

The room I had was huge. It was around the corner from the elevator which had an annoying loud beeping when the elevator arrived. It woke me up throughout the night. You could hear people talking in the hallway, especially at night. It sounded like they were right outside the door….not sure if they were or if they were waiting for the elevator. Breakfast was nice; waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. There was a picnic table and benches on the property. It was nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather. It was right off the Interstate which made traveling easy. I did not hear traffic noises.

stay was good until my car was broken into and me and my girlfriend's wallets were stolen with all our information including SS cards. very unfortunate that the camera did not reach past the front door into the front row of the parking lot where my car was parked.

I stayed for one night 2/24/24 and the staff at the front desk was welcoming and nice from the time I walked, the rooms were very clean all through the hotel I love the tv was big and the pool was nice for the kids I would definitely be going back

Almost everything was great! The woman working at the desk was very friendly and helpful as was the maintenance manager. The pool water was nice and warm and the area, along with everything else, was nice and clean. Our only two complaints would be that the bathroom in our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke and that the water pressure in the shower could be better (I doubt this is within the control of the property though). We would definitely stay here again.
