Did not feel safe. Bad customerservice. When checked in my room was still occupied?! Did not stay my whole trip. Checked out beforehand. DO NOT STAY HERE

Dirty, trash on the floor and I found medicine/pills on the bathroom floor.

Quite ok for economy overnight, very silent, clean and beds are ok.

Rooms & furniture were pretty dirty, felt a like a motel. Added two stars for free breakfast which was pretty good, but had no hot food. Area was inconvenient to live in and an hour away from Stockholm. Not much to do nearby.

The only positiv with this motel is the price comparing with accommodationsprices in Stockholm. The most basic motel you can imagine.

Good location, surrounded by mega markets such as IKEA. Free convenient parking. We had 5 beds. The beds are omfortable. Sheets and towels and liquid soap were provided. Many reviews negatively mentioned the breakfast, well, it had everything we needed, convenient, fresh, continuously filled up, and clean. 2 coffee machines, tea, hot chocolate, juice, water, vegetables, cheese, boiled egg, jam, oatmeal, crackers, butter, the best part for my kids was the cereal section, and the highlight was Halal cold cut. It says a dog friendly hotel but we haven't seen any. Surrounded by trees. The lady from the breakfast Eleanor is a superwoman who makes the breakfast an enjoyable experience. Nice guy from the reception. Smooth check in/out. Overall, this would be our destination hotel in Stockholm.

Its a very relavent hotel for such a price range. Easy to get to the citu center using public transportation.

Room was very clean bed immaculate. Had some issues with faucets. Perfect for dog owners rooms are dead quite no outside noise.

So, the breakfast included sounded and tasted good. The room was dusty, the mattress was filled with marks of other people, kinda weird. And if there was a place closer for the clients to smoke i would had given more stars.

It was totally ok for the money I paid. My room had a little funny "wet dog" smell. But we got used to it. The room was very cold when we arrived so front desk gave us a portable electric heater for the room. Then the room was nice and cosy. Great breakfast. I would stay again for one night.

A little bit far from city downtown but affordable hotel.

Wonderful! So clean and fresh. Homey and cosy. Great reception, cleaning and breakfast staff. As a professional woman traveling alone, l highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing location and friendly staff

It was terrible and the pictures in site are torally different in reality. There is not any aircondition. The bed was terrible too. I dont recommend it at all.

Nothing special about the hotel but it is okay for a one night stay

The carpet in my room was very dirty and smelled bad. The equipment (chair) was outdated. Some shared shower and toilet utensils were broken. The staff was difficult to access and did not systematically respond to my requests for changes. The housekeeper didn't want to vacuum my room and let me do it myself. The general cleanliness left a little to be desired and the price per night compared to the quality of the establishment and the small size of the room is EXCESSIVE (40€ per night).

Be ready to compromise on the quality. That being said, considering the price, this is a nice short term stay for solo or duo travellers who are looking for cheaper accommodation. A basic, yet tasty breakfast was included with convenient opening hours The staff were the best people I met in Stockholm, and reception is open 24/7. A shopping mall nearby with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars.

Honestly, the actual price is fitting what you get from the hotel. this is low price, low quality... and the reason I stay there is because I had to work 10 min walking from there...

I liked to stay at the second floor.

The Hotel needs upgrade. I’d give the facilities a 1 star. Bedroom and bathroom was of low standards, didn’t find any shampoo, bought my own. Breakfast was extremely limited, a plus for halal salami. Beds were comfortable, and the surrounding area had lots of facilities. Based on the clientele, this is a workers hotel, meaning companies use this hotels for their craftsmen. A cheap hotel that’s OK to use if you want to save some money. Not a hotel I’d use if I’m travelling with family.

I don't know if it's the same in all rooms but there was a noice in mine, no115. Very loude noice, as if it was located next to the engine room on a ferry. I was super happy with the staff, very friendly and service minded. The breakfast was very good.

Real situation looks a little bit differ from pictures on site. Promised bar is absent and means a foodcourt in supermarket 300m nearby. Park view was illusion too. But its a place where you can stay a night after long car run.

The environment is not pleasant at all. The hotel needs to feel pleasant.

Low price budget hotel for sleeping

Five of us stayed in a family room for one night. It was two rooms connected. We entered from room 222. The room was clean and the beds were good. I don't like soft beds but the beds were nice and had good firmness. There is a small kitchen and that was perfect as we needed to warm up our dinner with the microwave. There was shared fridge as well. Breakfast was basic but the staff were nice and service minded. Only complaint would be that when I took a shower in the morning, the water was ruke warm and didn't become hot. I would say it's a great hotel considering the location and price.

It was not a hotel, it was just a bed in a room without any services. I am very sorry fpöor Hotels.com to have such a bad place.
