Hotel room walls were paper thin I could hear everything around me and other surrounding rooms all night long, the bed was terribly uncomfortable, and the air condition was erratic. The room was either stifling hot or freezing cold. The bathroom was subpar for the price I paid the room was, very overpriced

Property looks old and dated. Room and especially the bathroom smelled musty. Bed pillows and mattresses need to be replaced. TV very small. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was very basic.

The bathroom had an oder of pee. Just a plumbing issue that greeted you when you entered. Beds were very comfortable and room was quiet. Great nights sleep!

The room was clean and tidy but lacked sufficient power outlets. The manager did not respond to my request to shorten my stay due to a personal emergency.

Beds are small and mattered are worn out. AC in rooms is super noisy and vibrate because all the covers are broken

Everything about the stay was excellent except for the breakfast. That left a lot to be DESIRED. We in fact ate elsewhere and paid for breakfast both mornings rather that eat microwave food.

Was texted the day before and checked-in online ahead of time - super easy. Greeted upon entering and only had an issue with the TV not displaying local channels but after multiple attempts to help by the front desk (even coming in the room), they were not able to remedy the issue and were apparently in the middle of a TV upgrade. Close to Seneca lake and many dining options but just off the main road to be quiet. Would recommend.

Good solid budget friendly hotel. Nice clean property in a nice location. Great friendly staff. Will return on our next visit.
One item of note, they have the thinnest toilet paper of any hotel in the world.

I had to have taxes taken off for the government rate and it was a nightmare to do so. I have never had this much trouble with having the room charged at the correct rate.

Everything was fine, and the female attendant on duty when we arrived was extraordinary helpful and resourceful. The only negative was that the bed was too narrow for my wife and I even though we are small people, and we might not again select Microtel because of that.

Good price for a decent hotel. For me, the bed was a bit uncomfortable. They also provided three pillows of varying firmness but they were half pillows (too small). I will stay again when i return in the future but I’ll bring my own pillow. A/C was a bit noisy (clicking sound at odd times woke me). So minor gripes, otherwise great.

Room wasn’t ready at 7 pm when check in was 3. Room was well equipped but very small. Breakfast was underwhelming

The bathroom was dirty including the shower curtain. Window had black mold in window which had my daughters allergies act up. Went to Walmart and purchased cleaning supplies and air fresheners to prepare the room for our 2 days stay.
Lastly we didn’t receive a friendly welcome I felt like an unwanted guest…I will never stay at any of these hotels in the future.
