The cost was reasonable for the older rooms. No hair dryer. No microwave only in common area which I don’t think is sanitary. Continental breakfast was satisfactory. Food was ok but very pricey. Entrance underground was convenient as elevator goes from parking to your floor. Very quiet.

The room was nice and comfortable. No complaints. Our only concern is that we arrived during a high alert boil water advisory due to bacterial levels that had been ongoing for 10 days already. There was just a note posted at the check-in desk, which was only explained when we asked about it. If water is really a health hazard (which it did appear to be from checking the city of PR website), then it would have been nice to have some access to safe water besides the vending machine. For example, if we were offered a couple of bottles of complimentary water or had a kettle in the room so that we could boil water to brush our teeth with, we would have felt that the hotel cared about our health.

Sheets had not been washed. The very nice front desk staff changed our room. I had to clean the toilet before using it.!

It was clear when we arrived that the building was in bad need of repairs, especially the outside but our room was clean enough The staff were friendly
The tub had rust, the entrance door to our room had terrible scratches it appeared that someone had tried to get in with a chisel. We did not feel very safe I would not stay there again

I arrived LATE on the Port Hardy ferry, and only needed a bed for the night, and an early start, so I didn't really get to experience much of the hotel.

The service at the front desk at 12:30 was nothing short of spectacular. What a great gal with positive attitude. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It is literally 1.5 miles from the ferry. We are exhausted from the feeey ride but this makes it all better

Room was a disaster. Was not cleaned after the last guest. Beds dirty and unmade, bags of garbage in the room. Neighbouring room was very loud, we did not stay in the room. But still had to pay for it. Biggest ripoff I’ve ever experienced. Disappointed in Expedia that you would offer such a terrible hotel on your site. I will not use Expedia ever again.

Was very clean but is is aged, Could hardly see out the window as they were fogged most of the time. Staff did respond quickly when we needed something. All in all not great for the price we paid.
