Overall stay was comfortable. Change for Towels was never occured during our stays for three nights.
Equipments for preparing for meals were sufficient.
Airconditioning was difiiccult because it is automative and cannot adjust by ourselves.

Great experience, comfortable rooms. Make sure you get a Lake-View Room. The kitchen amenities and fireplace in the room were excellent touches that greatly contributed to a wonderful stay at this property. Its about 15mins walk to the central tourist area in Queenstown.

Gorgeous location. Spacious suite with everything we needed. Comfortable space for my husband whilst I attended a conference.

Convenient location and excellent views. No privacy from the street, which I didn’t mind but when there’s crawling traffic and a sidewalk outside your floor-to-ceiling windows without proper curtains. Our Tv setup was very dated and none of the streaming services worked (but worked fine on our devices). The place has some signs of wear, but still very lovely and clean.

We stayed there for a couple of days. Lots of room and a very cozy athmosphere.
The breakfast was in the apartement and was rich.
The view is nice! It‘s a little walk outside of the city centre.

The unit we had was up a driveway that had huge potholes, kitchen equipment average, and underfloor heating in the bathroom not working.
The staff were excellent and helpful, and it was lovely and quiet.
It's very average compared to another venue I've stayed in, central Queenstown, for the same cost.

From the photographs on-line the impression was each room had a lake view (we felt we were in the dungeon, with no view), additionally the rooms appeared larger in the photographs then they were in reality (very small) also large amount of stairs to reach your room, if mobility issues forget about booking this place.

This property is amazing to stay in but this time around housekeeping didnt do the clening or replace new amenities. We stayed 3 nights it was amazing just a let down was the housekeeping.

We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again. We stayed for three nights and there were some maintenance hiccups on the first night however these were rectified immediately the next morning by very helpful responsive staff. The view of the lake and the Remarkables out the lounge window is magical and the apartment is beautifully appointed. Great location - close to Queenstown and easy access to explore the rest of Central Otago.

Room was a little rundown for the price. The toilet wasn’t clean when we checked in and there were used ear buds on the floor.

Property is close to town center and within walking distance. However, the room was a lot smaller than what appeared in the pictures on the Expedia site. VIP breakfast consists of yogurt, sour dough bread, fruit, and orange juice. Not very impressive. Overall, the amenities were good and close to town.

The property has excellent views of the mountains and the lake. I truly enjoyed our three days stay. The apartment comes with washer and dryer very convenient. The thing needs to improve is the heating unit. It is so loud we have to turn off during our sleep so the nights get a little cold. Nevertheless our stay was great and enjoyable.
