Good staff

Staff is great and we love going here.

Not handicap accessible. All rooms on upper floors with a single SMALL elevator to go up.

The lady at the gront desk was so kind and pleasant, we really enjoyed talking with her! I highly recommend this hotel when traveling to or thru Lloydminster.

It’s ok for an older hotel staff was friendly water was hot bed was comfy. Good continental breakfast. Not a great area but they had security and cameras so I wasn’t to worried.

Cannot fault the friendliyof the staff. The room was as expected.

Trains kept me awake all night,never any hot water,and when I checked out two days early they said no to a refund and said to talk to Expedia

I was impressed with the cleanness of the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. They even did my laundry for $5 a load and folded it.

The property was OK. The room was clean and the only problem we had was that my wife has mobility problems and she yesterday had a walker. The elevator was out of order. I tried to contact Expedia and I got a robotic service. I said what do I do with a person in a wheelchair and no elevator in a hotel Because the rate was sealed and locked. The robotic person told me that if I can’t answer your question, I will get you in contact with a person and blocked any further communication with me. There is no way that a person on this planet, I can get a hold of Expedia , because of the fact, they do not have a phone number for customer service. The staff is personable he felt the pain they called the manager and told him that there was nothing that they could do because they didn’t have any of the finances that Expedia was holding until we left to guests helped my wife up the stairs big strong man. We were happy for that as we don’t have hundred dollar bills to throw around.

The internet is bad,but apart from that it’s okay,the staff are polite and friendly

Property is older, very small bathroom and no large bath towels, but room was very clean, great housekeeping staff and friendly front desk people. Would stay again.

It was very hot in the room ...it took a long time to get the room cooler. Had window wide open all night. The plug ins were hard to find to plug in a cpap machne.

It’s going great recommend on a business trip.

The hotel was a bit older than the pictures indicated. It was clean. Took a while for the hot water to reach the room. Staff were very friendly.

The hotel was great but the bar downstairs was one big party till wee hours in the morning. Wouldn’t recommend staying here on a Friday night

Pretty clean. Extremely noisy from the bar. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Appreciated early breakfast. Could use a waffle machine but all in all was appreciated.

There was water under the plank flooring in the room,wall painting looked like a blind man painted it. Staff forgot to mention to ask for the breakfast sandwich. Staff was very sorry for not mentioning it.
