Easy to get to, extremely quiet despite being off a fairly busy road and having the closest room to the road. The room was clean and comfortable as was the bed, much more than the resort we just stayed in. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Don’t hesitate to book this lodge, I highly recommend it.we stayed one night on our way home. We also spoke to other guests who were very pleased!

This hotel was excellent for the price and in a great location to explore the outdoors. The owners are great and fixed the one issue we had with the AC immediately! Also they are pet friendly and have lots of space for all the 'toys' people brought to enjoy the off-roading.

Cockroach in the sink and toilet only clean in “visible places”. The renovation this room went through was far from perfect. The floor feels wavy and in the bathroom a new shower head is over an old tub.

The Abajo Lodge was the perfect place to stay in Monticello! The staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was in such a convenient location for everything we wanted to see. We felt immediately at home when we entered our room, so it was a shame that we only stayed two nights. I feel like making another trip to Monticello just so we can stay there again! :)

This was one of the least expensive places I stayed on a nine day trip staying in a different hotel every night, and it is the best stay I have had. Easy check in. Parking right by my room. Spotlessly clean. Roomy. Close to Canyonlands NP. Just an outstanding room for a very reasonable price.

Facility was nice and peaceful. Building is older but very clean. Our room was very quiet and we had a great night's sleep. No breakfast is supplied but there's a great little restaurant down the street called the Overbite. Which was wonderful.

From the outside looked like a somewhat dated 1970s motel. Lobby was updated and front desk person friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised when I got in my room. It was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy and I had a little couch and a desk for some computer work.
