The hotel inside the room and in the corridors had cockroaches, they have a limit of toilet paper, towels and they don't clean, I had to go twice to ask them to clean my room. I paid 3 days and I only stayed 2 for that reason they need to check the rooms much better the manager

The staff were professional & nicely dress for their jobs. Quiet, safe, well lit areas, clean & no one bother me at all while I was there. I did a lot of sleeping & resting with no pne knocking (very peaceful).

Clean and a great value!

I liked the full fridge with freezer. Rose and Jesse were really great! They fixed the problems we encountered. Unfortunately the residents smoke, which was very unpleasant

Horrible overall. We were traveling from Dallas, so after booking, I received an email saying they close at 7pm. We were stressed to get there on time. We called left a voicemail letting them know we would possibly not arrive in time. Never heard back from them. We arrived 5 minutes passed 7 && it was closed. Waited 20 minutes and we saw a security. He let us into out room. This place isn’t safe at all. Smells like weed. People in the parking area just hanging out doing drugs. When we seen them we decided to leave. The security told us our car wasn’t safe in the front so we packed our things and left. Not to mention there was disgusting pubic hairs in our bed we were going to sleep in.
2.8
We arrived late and Mark the security guard let us in. All arrangements were handled by manager before our arrival. Thanks for thinking about our late arrival.

Nice clean hotel, has a bad reputation with Uber and Lyft drivers for a place to find drugs. I caught someone using drugs in the laundry facilities.
2.8
Although the hotel met our needs, the location is in a scetchy part of town

It was good.there was some noise but overall good

The room was sticky from the previous person. I asked for room service several times before it could be cleaned. since no one came by I bought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself. Some spilled or barfed on the floor underneath the bed. Which I cleaned myself. It was gross and disturbing.. Especially with the pandemic going on made it worse. Neighborhood was very strange and worry. Alot of drug related and ghetto stereo typed people walking around visting others within the hotel. I had to stand up and household like it was my own... Very troubling to adapt even for a weekend stay..

The floors in the hall were FILTHY ! The room smelt of stale smoke.

The hotel was dirty: heavy and patent stains on the carpet in the hallway, in my room, and through the hotel. The low lighting in my room hide some of these defects, but not all. The hours the lobby is open needs to be extended. I wanted to check out early, say 6:30 am, but had to wait until at least 9:00 am. And there was not a microwave in the entire hotel!!!! Surely you can afford a microwave???

When an accident on I 40 delayed my arrival the manager the next day erased my reservation. I was not charged. I did stay else where because the doors closed before I got there.

When we arrived, the concierge was in no hurry to help us and even went so far as to ignore the person in the wheelchair that was struggling with opening the door. I was the one who walked over and assisted the man. I watched her ignore the ringing phone and then watched both counter people not know who had spoken to the man (after he called back a 3rd time) who was looking to make a reservation. They then couldn’t tell him if they even had rooms available and told him they didn’t take reservations for rooms and to just come in tomorrow to check in person.
When we finally checked into our room, we found hair in the bed, an animal cracker on the bathroom floor, and a cut going across the tv screen. The on and off button were the only buttons on the remote that worked so the volume and channel remained the same during our stay. The hallway carpets were filthy and several homeless people were loitering in the parking lot. This area is conveniently located near the highway but does not feel like a safe location. Even for the price, this place is not worth the stay.

The hotel is remodeling. Our room was good. The neighbor is not so much. A lot of begging for money outside the hotel. I found it strange that the lobby is closed, doors locked, between 10 pm and 8 am. There was a number to call is something is needed. The outside doors on the side of the building were left unlocked all night. If those get fixed... it will be a nice place.

Its nice to go to a resonably priced hotel and not be surrounded by hookers and drug dealers. We were surprised how quiet it was and how friendly the staff was as well. They also have around the clock security so my girlfriend and myself felt safe knowing that our car wasnt going to get broken into or when we left our room we wouldnt be bombarded by pan handlers and hookers. We stayed at every motel 6 in albuqurque and they wete all over run with hookers, junkies, pimps and drug dealers. Motel 6 was a nightmare compared to siegal. I would highly reccomend staying there.

This hotel is extremely dirty, and poorly maintained and managed. My room was located on the backside of the building. The outside door leading into the main hallway to my room was wide open. The walls and floors of the hallways leading to my room were very dirty. The bathroom had not been cleaned, and toilet tissue was on the floor outside the bathroom door. The carpet was extremely dirty. The curtains had holes in them, and the bed spread was dirty. The pillows were wafer thin. Rather than sleeping in a filthy crap trap, my wife and I agreed to pay for a single night, checked out and found much cleaner accommodations at a Super Six for a lower price.
2.8
Decided to change hotels, hotel lobby and room smells like tabaco, walked in the room and it was dirty, old shades that had holes.
2.8
Smoky smell even on non-smoking floors; outside access doors damaged so always open; shady clientele; police regularly patrol parking lots; no towels in bathroom

The workers didn't seem to really be 'all there'. We asked if anything was open since we had been driving from WI and were starving and they giggled and said no. I googled it and found a Mc Donalds less than a mile away. We went there, came back and realized we recieved the wrong room key. My boyfriend ran down and took care of that. Finally in our room! Ready to shower and sleep! The bathroom door was broken off it's hinges. I called the desk and they said they would try to get me another room after they finished checking in their guest and I said ok and heard a click. That's the last I heard from her. We ended up just falling asleep in the cigarette burned bed we were given.
Checkout was quick though. Only positive part of the stay.

The rooms are nasty, everything broken, the manger Rude and don't do her job. I well never go back again,

Was very clean and relaxing and I would recommend it to anyone because I really enjoyed it here and I plan on coming back

The lady at the front desk was efficient. Other cleaning staff seemed to be sitting around chatting. The room seemed clean but the bathroom stunk of urine like someone had peed on the walls. There were no towels when we first got there. When we returned at night there was only one towel for two people. It seemed like a rough part of town with a bunch of homeless people around the hotel and area. There were three people by the dumpsters that looked like they were drugging. I didn't feel safe. The hotel looked very outdated and in need of repairs...old faded paint outside, ugly worn carpet. Breakfast had very little selection. Although we requested a microwave and minifridge, we didn't get them.
2.8
This hotel was absolutely disgusting. There was stains all in the hallway, room and bed. There was vomit and broken glass in the elevator and trash in the hallways. There was no towels in the room and people sitting in the hallways. I would never recommend this hotel or visit it again
2.8
Our first room was horrible due to the dark first floor room that smelled musty and had a dingy floor. The replacement room was better, but the reservation did not roll over to the new room. Also, the second room's phone did not have a cord and didn't work, and had a broken hair dryer and a wall outlet faceplate that had fallen off. The elevator worked but was in disrepair. A side door would not open from the inside, and the halls were filthy. I was embarrassed for my family to stay there. This was not a good stay, and I will never visit again.

Check in took forever because there is 1 person checking in people for the Travelodge & super 8. We finally get to the room and its dirty and smell nasty. The room was not vacuumed, a/c hadn't been cleaned since probably the time the place opened, carpet was sticky and dirty, shower curtain needed to be replaced. I requested for a refrigerator so I can store my insulin but never received one. Room was not stocked he had to ask for towels and hair dryer didn't work. Every time we would try to have things corrected they would just give us excuses and nothing got fixed. Never staying here again.

Most horrible hotel ever!! First room the doors wouldn't close without having to put full force into it. Secondly d room didn't lock at all third room was in use by someone else. It took almost an hr before we cancelled our reservation and went to another hotel. The only good thing was the receptionist. He was very kind

Warning: Avoid at all costs! We ended up having to go through three rooms before finding one that: 1) had all the sheets on the beds, and 2) had working air conditioning (if the third room hadn't been adequate, we would have left and found somewhere else). The hotel felt grimy and dirty, the halls were very dark, most of the exterior doors didn't have functioning locks, the location is poor, there were piles of old carpet/padding in the parking lot and mattresses in the hallway/landing area, and the "shared" front desk with the Super 8 made us feel like second-class citizens.
2.8
bring your own towels (they don't provide any) and also your own ice. No matter where your room is, use the front cause the sides doors are for exit only. Cheap room for a cheap price.

Was not impressed with my stay at Travelodge. I booked one night, not expecting much, but needing tan affordable place to stay. Check in was great and easy, however when i got the room there were no towels and it looked like it had not been cleaned. Will not be staying at a Travelodge again.

The reason I chose to stay here was low price and free shuttle to airport. It is an older facility which I was told was in the process of renovation and re-carpeting. It is connected to and behind another motel (Super 8), which helped to block road noise, so it was actually relatively quiet. My first impression of the room itself was not great. The carpet and the bedspread were stained and the floor was uneven. Although, I could not do anything about the floor, the desk clerk was quite responsive when I asked for another bedspread. Fortunately the mattress was very comfortable, so that, and the clean bedspread served to improve my initial impression. It was a warm evening but I could not find any icemaker that would dispense ice, which tells me they need more of them. Fortunately the AC in the room worked well so ice wasn't critical. The breakfast bar was ample with waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit and beverages, so no complaints except that someone should check supplies periodically to refill as needed. The airport shuttle was comfortable and clean and the driver was pleasant. It served my purposes well.

The floor had not been vacuumed. Everything had huge stains that appeared to be something that could have been easily removed (crusty stuff on top of the cheap carpet). There was some kind of food crumbs (huge) all over the floor and there were empty beer cans under the bed. The mirror still had splatter marks all over it, so it obviously hadn't been cleaned. It looked like someone spilled a drink next to the bed. It was still wet! The room didn't have any towels. When I asked for an additional pillow they said they didn't have any.

We stayed here because it was $36, but wished we hadn't saved the $10 to get somewhere that you didn't mind touching things. The door we were advised to go in was broken so couldn't be opened from the outside, the whole place felt utterly miserable, and I can't believe that it can be branded as a Super 8 or Travelodge. The wires to the lamp were exposed leading to an electric shock that still hurts two days later. Didn't even want to brave a shower. All round awful - spare yourself if at all possible.

I was 4th in line. Everyone had a complaint in front and in back of me. I was ready to leave but I was so tired. Complaints were from not taking cash to men's biological fluid on a tile on chair. When I got to the room; the top security latch was broken of. I had to put chair on door to make sure it was secure. Sheets were not changed, hair on pillowcases. Fitted sheets had stains. I put my jacket on top of pillow to sleep and slept on top of covers. When I took my shower, mold in shower, & 1 towel for room. The buttons were missing on the A/C unit. Luckily it was quiet and I was able to sleep. By the way it was Balloon fiesta in Alb. The rooms wasn't worth the $90 +tax for special vent. Not even worth the $45 a regular night. So sad! I have stayed at Super 8's or Travelodge all over the country. Sad this own was in my home town.

Our room was a little too noisy as our window was adjacent to the check-in driveway. My first night was difficult as the check-in driveway and parking lot was very noisy. The 2nd night I turned the AC fan on. Since I was sleep deprived from the first night, the fan noise was sufficient to drown out the noisy check-in driveway. Although we were already awake at 5 am for the balloon festival, somebody else trying to sleep in could have been bothered by the noise of rude young men with their big noisy motorcycles idling at the check-in driveway just outside our window. Hotel staff should be more alert to rude people idling their big motorcyles outside guest room windows.
