We were travel down to move and we had two very tired young children, and we also very tired we wanted to relax and recharge. We specifically chose this hotel due to the pictures and ratings, we saw the pool and hot tub and were very excited. We got there all checked in and up to our room and settled got dressed to head to the pool and hot tub to find a DISGUSTING pool and a non existent hot tub that had been filled in and floored over. The pool was dirty slimy to the point where my daughter slipped getting in before I could see how bad it was, filled with bugs, shower in the pool room did not work and was mold, bathroom with no lock moldy and gross. We head to our room disappointed and for my daughter to wash the nasty water off i decided to look around the room just incase only to find mold all over the windows and in the bathroom, hair on the towels broken drawers. Also i found this to be very odd for a hotel but there was this huge gap under the door it was at least 2 inches big you could see the hallway, we felt unsafe so decided to block the door for safety. I went to the front desk to ask about all of this only to be offered another room which wouldn't have changed anything because everything was gross. As I am expressing my concerns and problems to the front desk clerk, His name was Dave and what I got in response was him staring at my breast in which I told him where my eyes were and he just grinned and offered a new room. Lets just say it was very unpleasant.

Average place

The hotel is tucked behind restaurants and is kind of hard to access. There is an amphitheater located by this hotel and there was a festival going on. Music was very loud and went right into the rooms. Only thing saving us that night was a Sunday so they shut down at 10pm. The room needed a good deep cleaning. AC unit was gross. Breakfast options were very limited. Bacon and sausage very chewy.

This is the 3rd time here. We like the staff and property. Price is always good. Have recommended to friends traveling through.

The front desk was very friendly and fast. The beds were comfortable. The room had no decor and the carpet and drapes did not match. There were no washcloths or hand towels in the bathroom. I could not call the front desk from the room on house phone. I asked a cleaning staff where the elevator was and she understood no English. Under the bathroom sink was filthy and the wallpaper was installed poorly.
