My stay was vry nice i will be going back

The hotel is extremely outdated and requires modernisation. The rooms fixes are broken and TV wouldn’t work. We had to ask multiple times for our room to be cleaned and replenished with toilet paper and clean towels. I would not stay here again nor recommend to anyone I know.

Everything seemed fine except a misbehaving fire alarm in the room opposite to mine which started blaring incessantly around 4am. This kept me awake the whole morning of July 10.

Great place to stay for a family. We were a family with 2 kids and a baby in a cot, all provided. Worked very well.
It was interesting that there was a full kitchen in the unit but no crockery, pots and pans, etc. Not even a knife. To be fair this was not advertised. It would have been very handy, especially if we had stayed for longer.
Overall would thoroughly recommend!

The hotel is within easy walking distance of the station, the shops and food outlets. Its quiet, in spite of being on a main street, and the surroundings feel safe after dark.

I booked and paid extra for a family apartment which was 2 singles in the second bedroom and a queen in the main bedroom. There was a reasonably sized kitchenette. However, there were absolutely no cooking utensils or eating knives , forks spoons or bowls and plates etc. The cupboard was bare !. . If I'd been there with my family there'd be no way I could cook and eat in-room. Very poor !. I asked the concierge why and she said they just don't provide such utensils any more !.

We had ground floor room , quiet area , great parking infront of the door. Easy check-in and drop off. Lots of pillows and high quality linens made for a comfortable sleep.

Airconditioning was faulty and leaked all night I wasn't able to turn it off due to a heatwave and I will told I couldn't be moved because the hotel was full..
Housekeeping did come to give me new towels because I had used mine to mop up the water.
I noticed a lot of bugs in the room also.
I wouldn't stay here again and no offer of a reduced rate for the room which I found disappointing.

Have stayed here on mutiple occasions before and found to be acceptable but on this occasion was not good.
Was supposedly upgraded to a spa room.
No table or chairs to have an in room meal, breakfast etc. TV did not work, the fridge was very loud when running, constant droning noise from the aircon outdoor units located on the roof above, noise can be be heard from the tin roof whenever it rains. All these making difficult to sleep at night.

Great place to stay i would come back again

The stay was overnight only and served the purpose quite well. We were notified of a power outage before we checked in and had the opportunity to book elsewhere but we stayed there anyway.
Power was restored a few hours later so not too much inconvenience.

when my colleague and i arrived the receptionist billed my vredit card for both rooms even though it was requested that we could pay individually. then she couldnt credit the overcharge to my account. she said she would do it later - which she did but she did not credit the whole amount originally charged. it was only a few dollars but still an overchage to me because fo her mistake.

Not sure what kind of rating system would give this place 4 stars, I stayed in room 112 and the weather stripping on the door was non-existent. I had a breeze blowing through the unit making it quite cold, plus I could hear every car in the parking lot and any person playing music or having a conversation clearly through the closed and locked door. The walls and doors had stains and obvious wear and tear. I would have been happy if this was a hotel room above a bar, but not for a supposed four star accommodation. However, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.
