This hotel is very clean the owner was so great when I checked in making sure if I needed anything just to let him know and he will take care of it. This was my forth time staying there and every time I’m in this area I will definitely be staying there. Thank you again for making me fill comfortable and and taking of care of all my needs.

Property pretty clean, everything I can say average until I feel the pilows, it’s so hard, we experience an horrible night during our stay, it is very not comfortable, this place is for people who like hard pilows tho. By the way, the internet connection also bad.

I really thought that when i boght 1 night to stay here would and amazing night the people who own this hotel. Are rude, no respect whatsoever for the. The look these people gave me right as i walked in the door. I knew this was not gonna be good. I paid online through a online hotel company.. like Expedia. The women who was of inda decent sqid no you didnt. I said yes i did. Wouldnt check us in...until she began repeating no you didnt and asking me how i did it. Computer i said
Again no you didn't. You were supposed to come here and pay. At this.point i cannot believe what is happening. But i remain calm. Dont know how i did. Ok...well now she looks at Computer for 1 galance and yes i see. Ok now we.are getting somewhere. Oh no this was not the end and i had alreat paid for a suit at 167 a night + 50 despoit. At least the website said 50. She wants 100 now or we will not be allowed into the jacuzzi suit thats paid for. I.was willing to give her the 50 but not the 100. I called my agent at the hotel agengy. She talked this women and told ger it is 50 why are you charging 100. She said that is the price of this roim. They told her no it isnt and you will be allowing this couple in. So husband and wife who are running this hotel. I m never going back. Did i mention it was my boyfriend Birthday this night. It was.a nightmare. We should of just left, i know but it.was nonrefundable.so we let them ruin our night to celebrate. We just could not shake. Madeline

What you could expect from a standard motel. Only issues were no soap (body or hand) was in the room. Not sure if they had some ready at request as I chose to buy my own. The TV also wasn’t working, which wasn’t a huge issue but would be nice to have the option if I wanted to. Otherwise decent place.

To whom it may concern,
When I arrived at the end there was complications getting into my room because of a name change through the hotels.com app. I was verbally berated by the receptionist behind the window who cut me off repeatedly when I tried to explain the problem. After going to the hotels.com app to fix therefore said problem, I was then granted a room. The room had a strong pee stench, with dingy pillows which appalled me in my guest because we have came here before and this has not ever happened. Lo and behold we had bought our own cleaning products and pillows and stuff of that nature so it really didn't matter but after I stay my guest left his own belongings in the hotel and went back the next day less than 24 hours and they had thrown his things away I will never come back to this hotel and I advise no one else does either

It was just wonderful to arrive there and get myself so well needed R&R but why I personally needed was to have my own personal relaxation in my very own spa tub right in my own room with privacy and needed for soothing and therapy for my painful legs and injury to my rt knee that has been hurting and it’s been bothering me more frequently and I’ve come to hot therapy spa treatments along with red light therapy sessions have been very helpful for my healing process for my pain relief and recovery of the healing process for my legs and knee injury’s . Great front desk services as well helped fix the small issue I couldn’t get the tv to show programming he came right away to resolve the only issue that I had to inquire about with there services overnight stay and rest was amazing for myself renewal stay thank you so much will look forward to seeing another stay in the future for sure .

After checking in I went to my room and find hair in the jacuzzi and a roach in the shower. Went to the front desk to ask to request a different room. The guy sent the house cleaner to clean the room while he gave me a new key to a different room. I go to the different room and my key does not open. I go back to the front deck and he says ohh your original room is clean you can go back in. I go back in and guess what! It was not clean. At this point I’m mad, annoyed, and hot! I get a different key for another room. I made sure with the guy in the front desk that the room is a non smoking room. He said yeah no smoking . I go to the new room and guess what! Is Fucken smells like cigarettes! I go back to the front desk and told the guy asked you if it was a non smoking room! It smells really bad! Can you give me back the original room and supplies and I will clean it myself. He said it’s clean it’s clean. I go back in and the roach is done. But the hairs in the Jaccuzi were still there! HORRIBLE CLEANING!!! Spent 30 minutes going back and forward regarding the room with the heat outside of being 95 degrees! Let’s see if they accommodate anything with I check out!

The front deskwouldn't let me use the microwave for my cup o noodles i got out of their vending maching at 10:00 pm. The soda machine was out of sodas i tried every selection and nothing! At least i got my change back. The deposit takes 10 to be returned which is not normal asked for a wake up call and he told me no

My price through Expedia was supposed to be $103. and I was charged $129. I could have stayed at a Best Western for that price and it would have been a lot better and breakfast as well

The room was huge! The jetted tub was amazing. The property was well lit and pleasantly aesthetic. The rooms didn’t have a blow dryer, iron or microwave, but they were given to me upon request which was nice.

I asked for non smoking room but they put me to smoking room when i asked if ther is available room for not smoking they said is full i have reserved my room for along time and im gonna get a room for not i asked for..the room smells and i have to get all the amenities from front deak like iron and board, blow dryer and asked for microwave and i have to return it myself to the front desk and i stay on the 2nd floor..and tv not working the person fix it but not for too long remote not working, no hangers, no bathroom garbage, i will not recommend this hotel to one if there is negative zero i will give that score its very bad😭 i have to stay there till may 10 but i left right away i dont care i waste that day but dont wan to get sick for staying there..
