This hotel is tucked away right in the middle of Tours and although there is no parking on site they have an arrangement with a car park 5 minutes away that is secure and underground and 7 euros less than the usual rate if you get a ticket from reception. We walked to the Chateau, cathedral, fine arts museum, old town, basilica, etc.. - all are very convenient as are a wide choice of restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is in an old building that has been updated and decorated in a quirky style that is lovely. There is one central spiral staircase to all floors and no lift so it is not accessible for anyone who can’t climb stairs. Our room on the third floor had air conditioning, shutters a very comfortable bed and modern en-suite bathroom. Breakfast was a selection of sweet pastries, cakes, bread, cold meats, yogurt, cereal, etc… and an excellent coffee machine served buffet style on mix and match fine china. Staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for our brief stay. I would definitely recommend and return to this hotel.

Very old building in the old center of Tours on a very narrow street in a congested area. Has some charm and good design ideas but also some rough edges and cut corners. Comfortable enough but could use some love when it comes to details.

What a fabulous hotel! We stayed for one night on the way back to Dieppe and absolutely loved it. Stunning decor, very comfortable beds, gorgeous room and very friendly. An amazing location for all the sights of Tours. Would love to come back for a longer stay.

A charming hotel, well located in vieux Tours and walking distance from restaurants, the cathedral and river banks. Our triple room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The managers were very kind and welcoming, and answered all our questions and suggested things to do during our stay. The buffet breakfast was very good too.

We loved this unique and charming hotel! We stayed in a family room which was large enough for my family of 4 (with 2 teen girls). It was easy to walk to from the main Tours train station (about 1/2 a mile). There were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The two gentlemen who run the place were friendly and super helpful (even printing out train tickets for me that I couldn’t get digitally). Just be aware that parking is about 1/3 of a mile away, so not right at the hotel. That wasn’t a problem for us, but good to be aware of. All in all, a lovely stay in Tours.

Really cool and funky hotel! Perfect for our short stay. Clean and comfortable room with plenty of space. The location was perfect! You should park at the library nearby which was a 5 minute walk so we didn't take all of our suitcases but it was really close to shopping and restaurants.

We were warmly welcomed and helped with our bags. Very glad as we’d booked an attic room with views across the city. Cyril and David are charming hosts and work hard to make you feel at home. The location is terrific and there must be 100 restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Really looking forward to our next stay.

Hotel was lovely. Unfortunately Expedia failed to honour our agreement with them. Suggest using an alternative booking platform to avoid losing your money.

Parking at the library nearby is convenient enough. The front desk was not very friendly- we noticed a difference in their friendliness by race. The place is very obviously renovated-- meaning that you can smell the mold but you don't see it, and the floors creak a lot.

The hotel has lots of old world charm, while the rooms seem to be recently updated. We loved walking the narrow streets of Tours and dining near the hotel. Parking was a challenge, but the very pleasant staff directed us well.

Stylish, well located and original. The staircase is steep and narrow and there is no lift for those with mobility problems - if that doesn't apply to you, derinitely recommended!

This is a great little hotel with style and ambience, quiet and brilliantly situated for old Tours. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the breakfast excellent and the bedroom super comfy.We will definitely stay again! Loved it!
