The room and bed itself were good. Thwre were bright lights coming into our room from the parking lot. We were in room 210. Eventually i put my suitcase between the gap in our shade and the window which helped.Unfortunately there were loud children in the hallway. Had good options for breakfast.

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. Unfortunately, however, whoever was in charge or ordering supplies did not plan well for a holiday weekend, and they were out of everything. Breakfast was extremely disappointing, especially since that’s one of the main reasons I booked with this chain. No cinnamon rolls either morning. The fitness center water cooler was empty for the entire 3 days, and I was told they didn’t have anymore 5 gallon bottles. On our last morning, housekeeping entered our room well before checkout time without knocking or anything. Like I said, it was clean and generally ok, but it just did not live up to my expectations for a Holiday Inn Express.

This was a quick stay for a concert. Tiara checked me in and she was profession, kind, we had a laugh, but she is a stellar employee and human. You are all so lucky to have her. Room was fine as expected, checkout was smooth and easy. Will come again for our next concert for sure.

Staff went out of their way to wake us up by 9 am. They knocked on the door and tried to enter the room. There were workers hammerimg, a vacuum running in the hall, loud walky talkies and a lawnmower that woke up my family on our summer vacation

My husband and I stayed at many hotels, being that we like to vacation in that area of hotel, we finally found our gem, we’re so happy, Tiara at the front desk is outstanding, so helpful and friendly, she’s a keeper, can’t wait to book again. Even the breakfast was amazing!!!

What a great hotel! I’ve stayed at many different hotels in the area, and this was by far the best one. It is newly renovated and the rooms are so nice! We stayed in a suite and it was awesome! The bed was so comfortable and the entire room was so spacious. The bathroom was big and modern. Biggest shower I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The living area was also well laid out and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Check in was a breeze. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of options and was very nice. I will absolutely be staying here again.

Nice remodeled facility. Front rooms are noisy so would chose a room in the back. Breakfast choices were very good. Rooms were nice. Because of the remodeling there was a solvent smell in the hallways but it was fine in the room.

I was in the area for a family party. I had stayed there 11 years ago and this place has been renovated since then. I was happy with the room I was in. It was clean and pretty quiet considering it faced Rt 66. I would stay there again

Great access to GSP and Route 18 in a safe part of town with plenty of parking. Recent renovation of entire place. Nice hot breakfast. Worth the money for spacious rooms within 12 minutes drive to the beach.

We traveled with 11 families as part of our softball team. We had no location for the kids to eat after dinner or to hang out due to 9pm
Quiet hours. We ended up in the parking lot and the kids in a room. Around 10pm security was called and the kids could no longer be together. When asked for the conference room on a floor with no customer rooms we were denied. Not a location recommended if traveling with a group.

the hotel was nice. Initially check in was delayed, until a Manager who overheard the conversation came and checked me right in.
There were no sheets or blankets int he room for the pull out couch, which we did get when we called ( it was just late and we were tired).
A few little silly things - the lids for the coffee cups were there wrong size = and looked like the room still needed a few finishing touches ie covers on outlets
