We had a early arrival from a flight so i asked them a few weeks earlier if we could have a early checkin as we did not want to carry our bags around and we wanted to have a room so we could sleep a little. I was told that they couldn't get us a room early but could take our bags for us. I gave them my number and they called by 1115am to tell me they had our room ready. We were very pleased. Thank you to all.

Good hotel with great views from the roof terrace.
Although located on Canal St which is not the best, the surrounding areas north and south are great for shopping and eating.
Rooms are clean and comfortable and not a bad size for the city.
Worth paying for the club room floor to get access to basic buffet breakfast, coffee, soft drinks and snacks throughout the day and a selection of wines and beers at the evening “happy hour”.
There may be better located hotels but few will have the view from the roof terrace.

Hotel was great. They double charged the room on my credit card and when i asked they denied it, even thou i showed my app. It all worked out ok in the end.

no hot water for 5 days - no coffee during the day even though we were paying for club floor. no cocktails until 5 m had to return room service as it was inedible.
we asked for a manager on day 2 he came 2 days later while we were sleeping without notice.
the club room seats were sopping wet and staff was extremely rude.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the location was also perfect. We were waking distance from Soho, Chinatown, Little Italy and the Ghostbusters fire station. Only negative was the traffic due to the hotel being on Canal Street where all lanes merge into the tunnel. The traffic was very noisy making it hard to sleep through the night.

I really enjoyed the location, as it gave me further opportunity to explore and discover how New York neighbourhoods link up. The room was great with ample supplies of water and coffee and milk. A deli next door for raisin, cream cheese bagels. An easy walk into Soho. Happy and supportive staff. I appreciated them receiving a couple of parcels for me.

For us location was perfect. Soho & Greenwich Village. Room was fine.
Only one snag. We got there early and was going to leave our luggage with the concierge but the front desk person said our room would be ready in 15 mins. That’s at 1 pm. By 1:40 the room was still not ready and the front desk person apologized and said she’d give us two vouchers for drinks or breakfast. We ended up leaving our luggage with the concierge and ate in Chinatown right up the street. Lost 40 mins. Not the biggest deal but frustrating. Ps. When we checked in at about 4 pm it was a different front desk person that had no idea about the vouchers which I never received. Again, if you come check in time things should go well. Great location. Little Italy & Chinatown walkable.

Very poor cleaning, the hair drier was so dirty that I couldn't use it. The elevator floor was also dirty with food. You can hear the conversation of the guests staying in the rooms next door. My room was on the 8th floor and directly above the A/C - heating system of the building next to it, and the noise of these machines was considerable. And I paid $325 per night! Just crazy.

Confortable hotel conveniently located near Little Italy, Chinatown, shopping and the subway. Daily breakfast and happy hour. The room was very small with little space for luggage, nor dressers for clothing.

This is by far my favorite hotel in Manhattan. I’ve stayed several times and this time we got the upgrade to club level for our anniversary. Great location, friendly staff, comfy beds, great showers and close to all of the trains! Highly recommend.

The Sheraton was such a pleasant surprise. My room was new, clean, contemporary, and quiet. The staff was very nice and cooperative. And I loved the area! I've traveled to New York hundreds of times but never stayed down in Tribeca. The hotel sits right on the edge of Tribeca and Soho and there are great restaurants and shops everywhere you look. I'm already looking forward to going back.

Great location, close to subway and lots of cute restaurants. OK facility. Small room, but clean. Our view was directly into the building beside us. Service was friendly enough at check in and check out (but did not mention wifi info, which was at an extra cost). Good value for NYC.

Staff were really friendly and had stuff going on in reception each day (Wine tasting, popcorn etc). Staff could not have done any more.

Location is right next to Soho, Little Italy, Chinatown. The street is busy but it has perks like a 24hrs coffee shop on one side and a 24hrs smoothie bar on the other side. They also sell decent pizza you can take up to the terrace…
Also, decent complimentary breakfast in the mornings (if you can wake up before 9)
