I have been staying here for 15 - 20 years and had always very good reviews, but the property now needs some renovation and maintenance.

No fault of the hotel staff, but the couple next to me were incredibly loud and i was woken up at 1 a.m. by a woman in the hall on the phone taking loudly and ysing her phone on speaker mode.

Overall, an acceptable option for accommodations. Reasonable price compared to competitors. Our room was missing the hairdryer from the wall. The pillows were sub-par. Continental breakfast was a nice touch. You could hear traffic from outside the hotel which was mildly disruptive to our sleep.

Poor condition of the place. Strong odor as soon as you come in the receiving area including the room we stayed. Shower tub not draining well.

HORRIBLE! took 2 hours before they found my reservation, but took the fee out of my bank account (434.02) plus I had to pay another 165.77 + 37.20) for a room that was not what I wanted (very inconvenient).
I paid for (2) rooms with 2-queen beds + 1-queen and ended up with 1 room with 2-queens + 1 -double

Breakfast was a disappointment. Very little selection as compared to previous stays.

There were no soap bar in the bathroom and none were available in the hotel

Hotel has no soap to give other than the 1 already in the room at check in. Not having soap is a non-starter for me. Less breakfast items than the last time here was dissapointing. Also had to beg hard for fresh towels. Have stayed before multiple times but this was the worst experience of them all. Will not be coming back here again.

Room was OK but "free breakfast" was very lacking. First morning there was a loaf of bread and 2 waffle makers. Nothing in the fridge, no creamer for coffee and not even any napkins! All the other mornings were about the same! The first three nights when we returned to our room our keys no longer worked so back down the elevator to have them re-programmed. I will not be staying at this hotel any time in the future.

Not the 8.8 rating which was posted. It is clean but dated. The continental breakfast left something to be desired. If you're on the side that faces the main intersection off I81 it is very loud.

Have stayed at this property for several years travelling to southern destinations. Bedrooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The property is in a great location off the I-81 but there isn't much around. Breakfast is basic.

I found a hair on one of the towels. There was no soap in the room and the front desk told my kids they didn’t have any. The continental breakfast was not served well. Example: a bag of bread for everyone to reach their hand in, muffins with no tongs to serve. Hard boiled eggs sitting in a puddle of liquid. I had to ask to have the trash taken from the room. We had three people in the room- myself and two kids- and there were only two towels left the first night. Spoke to 3 different people at the front desk. Two were kind and helpful and the third was very rude.

This is a nice, clean hotel--good deal for the price. There were two issues to be aware of: the rooms are small, and the entrance is difficult to find.

Had a 7 night stay and it says they will clean room every other day... After the 5th day I had to complain for my room to be cleaned. Also had to ask for towels a few days. Hallways were noisy late at night.

The lot is small and a little weird to get into. But once you’re here it is a solid operation. 24 hour coffee bar and the people who work here are really nice. Great value for the price!

People who worked here were very nice but the hotel itself was extremely disappointing. My room had a very strong odor of some cleaner/chemical that seemed to be masking a faint smoke odor (I was in a non-smoking room). Smelled so strong my eyes and throat were irritated. The lobby had a similar strong odor. The bathroom had a red stain on wall near trash can I assumed was blood. The room wall was so thin I could hear the couple next to me snoring and coughing vividly all night. I was scheduled to stay 2 nights but left after 1 night primarily due to the smell.

My only complaint was that it was difficult to find the entrance of the hotel from the main road especially late at night. Also the walls were a little thin as I could hear the neighboring room pretty clearly. Despite this, the hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was basic but good. I would consider returning if I needed to be in that area again without hesitation.

I usually do not have a bad experience at this location. However, my room smells like mildew and somewhat smoke. There was no remote to turn the TV on. I decided to call the front desk but notice there where no buttons on the phone. My daughter attends college close and I've stayed here when visiting for the past 4 yrs. I am quite surprised.

Wonderful! Love going there, never disappointed. Room is always super clean. Hotel is recently painted and upgraded. You won't be sorry!

Room was clean but the couch upholstery was soiled and damaged. Didn't want to seat on it. Bed was ok. Breakfast was just ok but not very much choice. Personnel very professional. Ok for staying ocernight.
