Great location

The hotel was a little tricky to get to but a great location to everything. The room was big. Actually too big. A lot of wasted space. It seemed to take forever just to walk from the bed to the bathroom. The lighting or lack there of- terrible. Needs more to help with make in the bathroom. The room itself seemed dark. Needs lighting. The bedspread had a stain and the bathroom floor was dirty. Laid down towels to walk on.

Very clean, no issues

We have stayed here several times and this hotel is always clean, quit and the free breakfast is always pretty good. The fresh baked cookies in the afternoon is a nice bonus.

The air conditioner didn’t cool as much as would have liked! Was a little warm but everything else was amazing! Pool was great for the kids, breakfast was AMAZING every morning, plenty of room for 6 people could sleep 8 to be honest! Was convenient everywhere wanted to go!

The room was clean, huge, and I didn’t see any defects. The pullout couch however, had no sheets, pillows, or blankets, we had to go downstairs and ask for some. The people at the desk were very friendly. The snacks and drinks were very expensive $3.50 for a drink, but they do keep fresh, soft chocolate chip cookies for free at the desk after about 3 pm.

The juice bar wasn't working for breakfast.

The floor is not clean. Recommend wearing socks during one’s stay as it seems the floor is never mopped/cleaned in the rooms.

Not easy to access

Perfect for my family.

My stay was fantastic. I had one little hiccup with the toilet and it was fixed immediately. Staff members were friendly. Helpful front desk. Mattress was soft and pillows were just right. Will stay with them again if I travel to Mt Juilet again. #

This property had last minute availability for my family of 5, for a double queen room, while traveling back home. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was convenient and good. I would definitely book with Comfort Suites again!!!

The hotel was comfortable and a good place to relax during our trip. The breakfast was very good for a continental breakfast and definitely had plenty of options. The room seemed muggy even though we kept the room at 67! The air conditioning was working but you could still feel a decent amount of humidity and stuffiness in the room. The bathroom floor and just throughout our room there was quite a bit of hair and dust, just didn't seem to be as clean as it could've been.

Staff was friendly. Check-in and check-out was easy. Room was clean and sufficient for our needs.

Really clean, well- kept property.

Vey clean and up to date. Comfy bed. Room was sound proof. We was near the elevator and never heard any noise in the hallway or in the joining rooms. Breakfast was alright but the milk should have been in a cooler not on the counter top at room temperature and the microwave should have been in the dining area for easy access.Other than that I give it 5 🌟

I booked this hotel based on its guest rating of 9 /10, however was sorely disappointed. I booked 2 nights for the sole purpose of having the room for a full day as a relaxing sisters’ getaway. We checked in on a Wednesday afternoon, on Thursday morning we had a note under our door stating that we would need to vacate our room at some point between 10-4p (no mention was made of this upon check-in). At 9:55a, they knocked on the door saying we (who were still in our PJs) needed to immediately vacate the room so the third party exterminator could spray. I communicated that we had booked the room with the intention of staying in all day and asked if they could come a. later or b. a different day. They said no, it had to be done immediately. While we only had to leave for appx. 20 min., it was a huge inconvenience that I felt could have been better communicated and upon check-in, rather than sometime overnight (which they kept calling “advance notice”). This, on top of hair and sticky spots on the bathroom floor led me to a generous 3/5 rating. The breakfast and breakfast staff were the only redeeming quality of our stay. Will not stay again.

The staff was amazing

We stayed 1 night here on our way to Gatlinburg. The beds were so comfortable! Nice size room with 2 queen beds. Very clean too! Everyone was so nice. The breakfast was great too! Definitely recommend this hotel.

Appeared newly updated. Friendly staff. Clean and quiet.

I liked how close shopping was to the hotel.

Front desk staff friendly and fast. Room floor DIRTY! Our feet were black after walking on it. The room was very spacious. Overall, I would stay again. Maybe bring my swiffer mop with me.

Great room for the money

The Representative at the front desk was very rude. She was acting like she was doing me a favor. I was stopping just to get 5hrs of sleep. Also, I called about 5hrs ahead of time to make sure someone would be at the front desk before i Booked. I talked with what seem to be a Stoner kid from a low budget 80s film.

Beautiful huge room as advertised. Had to wait forever to be helped but hotel was nice.

Overall property was maintained well. You could tell some updates had been made. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a suite with 4 adults and 2 kids under 3 years. Everything was comfortable. If you’re health conscious the breakfast isn’t for you, but it’s a normal cheap continental breakfast made to give you something extra to start your day. It met all of our expectations and the pool was warm enough to let the 13 month old in with us.

Beds were made every day. Towels replaced . Free cookies. Pool was nice

No carpet in room. Weird.

2 small nit picky suggestions. Peanut butter would be awesome with the breakfast options. I wish the room was configured differently. The air conditioner was noisy and with it right next to the bed, it was difficult to sleep. If the living area and bedroom areas were switched, it would have been easier to sleep.
