The hotel has modern facilities which seemed to have been remodeled recently. However, it is a shame that it doesnt have an elevator for people who cannot walk up the stairs. This is the main reason why I would not choose the hotel again. I would have to say that its staff were very friendly and tried to accommodate our needs. But I would just advice the hotel to schedule any drilling or hammering after 10amto ensure guests can sleep.I was awaken before 7am two days in a row because of this....

The Most expensive but worst hotel we have been to on our trip! Definitely not worth the money!! We booked two nights as a couple and got a room with three single beds for the first night ! After we explained that this was not what we had booked they told us they don't have a room with one large queen size bed anymore because the guest before decided to stay one more night! The bathroom in that room was way too small! For the second night we could switch in the room we reserved and it was way nicer! To our request that we wanted to pay less for the first room and that we weren't happy at all the hotel only said for a room with three single beds you pay the same amount as for a queen size bedroom! We asked multiple times if the staff could talk to their boss so we could get a free dinner or a discount because we didn't get the service we paid for! Until now we didn't received anything except a paper on the check out where we wrote down our complaints! The hotel is nice and the pool plus breakfast is great! But the service is terrible!! And not worth the money ! We paid way less than that for a way better room and service on the other hotels on our trip !!

They collected the payment during check in!! This hotel counts everything. They came to our room and counted one by one everything in the minibar. Then at breakfast they count piece by piece what they put on your plate. You are not allowed to take food yourself, they serve you. Coffee was always cold. No elevators. No hot water. Overpriced for Colombia and for Santa Marta. Wifi doesnt work that well on the third floor rooms.

The Hotel staff are mostly friendly and helpful. The Hotel is clean, things in the minibar tend to be old though. They did not want to change my booking to one person less when I arrived at the Hotel. The beds were a bit hard. Could not use the pool after like 8 or 9 pm.

Located near the beach with lots of bars/resturants nearby. Staff did not speak English, but were friendly and welcoming.

Good for the price. Staff is extremely helpful.
