Solid choice and close to Barclay

Not a luxury hotel, very small rooms but they are clean and you can sleep peacefully. Gym is awesome, breakfast can have more options. Overall is a good choice, however, the zone is a little sketchy, on night, there are a few homeless people surrounding the area. As well, during the days, there are a lot of construction sites near, which makes a lot of noise.

Clean hotel. Cute. Very small rooms. Not great location across form Cube Smart self storage (our view) and auto shops up the street. Close to Park Slope, so it was convenient, but way too expensive.

Rooms were dirty and you could tell they don’t get properly cleaned after check out, they will take towels but won’t leave new ones, some towels were dirty, my toilet had not been cleaned and had urine and feces on it, they did not refill my coffee cups or coffee and supplies and even asking front desk to please stock those items it was not done 5 hrs later. I had to go back to front desk again and ask for towels and was then told to wait in the lobby for nearly 20 mins instead of them being delivered to my room.
Breakfast is horrible and you are better off eating at the breakfast place a few blocks away.
I can’t recall the last time I’ve had service this bad and a room this dirty considering how much they charge a night! Safe your money and stay elsewhere. Staff was rude, told me I can’t take the elevator since only one works and they need it for cleaning and was told i had to take the stairs. I do not recommend this place!

Property is in a dimly lit area. There is not enough parking and might need to park on the street. Staff could not point out where additional parking was. In addition fees are not listed, I was charged $250 for incidentals. Never paid that much for one night.

Few parking spots onsite. All were full and the only help the guest services person could offer was to go out and find street parking. Website led us to believe there was another option. Not a fun surprise after driving for 7 hours.

I stayed at this location several times and enjoyed the cleanliness and the rooftop view and serenity. Had a hiccup with the last check in being told my cc did not go through for incidentals, however that was not true. The only complaint I have is the limited parking. So many sections blocked for construction workers making it difficult to find an area to park, however still paying a fee.

The staff is patient beyond reason and definitely make the stay with Fairfield the main attraction, beyond that the rooftop view is amazing and the rooms comfortable , breakfast is great as well and the LL cozy and inviting. I would definitely recommend staying here. Also just the right distance from any and all attractions you may need. I recommend " Wang's" for the best wings around.

I had an excellent stay for one night at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. Unfortunately, I do not recall the name of the woman at the front desk who assisted me, but she was absolutely wonderful! She was very kind and very knowledgeable. I appreciated her assistance with leaving my baggage prior to check in. I would stay here again if I'm in the area, I wish I had been there longer to enjoy the rooftop area and see how the breakfast was.

A great location based on our activities. The parking lot is extremely small though. And having so many spots already being reserved defeates the point of having a lot.

Great value, awesome breakfast, decent gym. The parking was super convenient, safe and affordable for the area. We splurged on the balcony suite and it was worth the money. The balcony is more like a private rooftop terrace with a beautiful view and plenty of space to lounge. I really can not believe the price for all that you get.
Only concern is that it’s far from Williamsburg and some other popular parts of Brooklyn. But there is plenty to do close by and everything is easily accessible by a ride share or car

This is my second time staying here and it's still a great place to stay. I walked to a barbecue restaurant and I felt safe doing that. I checked in the day of the Microsoft glitch and even though he had a long day, the gentleman who checked me in was very patient. It's $40 per night to park your own car, and it's easy to Uber around wherever you need to go.

The property is very convenient, a couple miles from downtown Brooklyn and adjacent to some beautiful neighbourhoods. The rooms are on the small side, but the price is fair for Brooklyn.

Check-in and Check-out was easy, My room was clean. Nice viewing area at the top floor. My only concern was there seem to have been a bell man or he might have been a security guard. What ever he was, I’d say he was useless as he never paid attention to guests coming in and out. He seemed bored just sitting in the lobby.

Very friendly staff and they were able to accommodate an early check in which was so appreciated after our long morning of travel.
Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and pillows. We would definitely stay again.

A clean and relatively comfortable option close to the Barclays Center and most major subway lines. Service was professional and efficient. Breakfast was good, not great. Also, pillows really need a serious upgrade! Note: There’s major construction going on right across the street (literally), making an already busy area, more noisy especially in the early morning.

The property is a bit run down - hasn't been well maintained. The television would not respond properly to the remote unit. I requested that a staff member have look and fix it. Nothing happened. Television was useless without the remote. Two computers were provided in the lobby for guest use. Both were inoperable.
Good location. Convenient to Wright Patterson AFB. Breakfast was average.
