When we turned our shower on gnats where everywhere and they only sprayed the wrong I think we should’ve got a night free

The staff was great and very very helpful, a spacious nice clean room The only real negative is it's next to aU-Haul factory or something, but a very nice view of the Brooklyn skyline., but only one block away is one of the great neighborhoods of the United States Park slope wow is that a beautiful place.

They said free parking but didn't have parking.

Parking spaces are limited. First come first serve. The room and bathroom were dirty, as well as the baby crib.

This front desk agent refused to change my room when I told him the AC wasn't working properly.. He changed his name 2xson purpose and attended other guest instead of further assisting me. He said the hotel was at its capacity yet he continued to check in people without a problem. I will be following up with expedia for a refund, i slept in a warm room due to the negligence of the front desk agent. They didn't even have the proper tools to operate the front desk, the printer wasn't working properly and till they turned it on and off. I've stayed in this property before when they first opened and never faced this issue. This hotel used to be one of my favorites but I see now that the service has dropped immensely.

I like quiet hours and parking the only thing is the elevator security. It didn’t need the key card. I like added security. Please fix this issue. Otherwise great.

We recently stayed at Hotel Le Blue in Brooklyn, NY, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The bathroom was in a deplorable state, with stains on the toilet, mold on the ceiling, and little fungus gnats all over the shower. When we brought this to the attention of the management, they offered to move us to a different room, but the timing and logistics were inconvenient and didn't work for us. While they did clean the shower and "eliminate" the bugs while we were out, the fungus gnats had already spread throughout the room, covering the beds, furniture, towels, and everything else. This was unacceptable and made our stay very uncomfortable. Furthermore, the hotel's advertising is misleading. The sheets are not Pratesi sheets as claimed, but rather thin and scratchy. The beds are hard and lumpy, far from the orthopedic mattresses promised. The towels are tiny, not oversized as stated on the website. Housekeeping did not replace towels after cleaning the room. The room was poorly lit, with barely functioning lights that strained our eyes. Stains on the window shades, walls, and floors added to the overall neglect and lack of maintenance. Not to mention that broken or cracked things were mostly held up by tape. To top it off, the AC unit emitted a moldy smell, making us question the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and guest well-being. Not only would we never stay here again, I would highly discourage anyone else from staying here.

My stay at this hotel was terrible due to the fact that their elevator where you put your room key in to get to the floors was not working properly with that being said a man off the street came into the hotel onto the floors where the guest was sleeping, knocking on doors posing as hotel security

Very noisy, No parking, flies in shower. I got woken up by other people outside screaming and arguing.

Room had mold forming in the bathroom shower ceiling and the bathroom door was very hard to open and close. The front desk told us it needed oiling?! No one bothered to check the room before we checked in because it should not have been available for any guests to book.

The property is horrible, we stayed in room 203 and it flooded soon as we showered, not only did it flood the bathroom but it flood the room as well. All of our stuff was ruined, and there's also construction being done, it led straight to our balcony, which we couldn't even use due to lack of privacy.

Absolutely worst experience ever! And I am from New York originally! Came in for business and had to move out next morning and look for another hotel. Started with a very unwelcoming front desk. Zero customer service skills. Was up all night, doors banging, walls banging, didn’t get any sleep. Called the front desk first thing in the morning, they couldn’t care less. No one to talk to, no one to complain too, never got my money back from cancelled night. Avoid at all cost!

The room was in good condition and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. However, the lobby had a bad smell, possibly due to nearby construction, and the elevator was slow, likely due to its age. Despite these issues, I would still choose to book at this location again.

Friendly staff, loved that the floors in the room are tiled so they can be cleaned. Super clean, no weird odors like there are at some hotels. Also, they have quiet hours after 10pm which was truly appreciated. While parking is free, it is limited, but the young lady at the front provided other options when the lot was full

We chose Hotel le Bleu for a two night stay because of its proximity to my daughter’s apartment. The hotel is situated between an UHaul parking and storage lot and an auto parts business. There was also a construction site next door but nights were quiet enough for sleeping. Our room was clean, tho a little tired. The king size bed was comfy. The pillows were a little small but fine for our needs. I appreciated the small fridge in the room for milk and snacks. A special shout out to Victor, whose positive attitude and willingness to accommodate our needs made our stay especially pleasant. We will come again.

Extraordinarily welcoming and cordial staff. Remembered me from a couple of previous stays. Makes me feel safe as an older woman traveling alone.
