A plumbing issue which was resolved quickly with the help of the manager. Only one chair in the room , definitely only 3 star.

Great spot. Comfy. Perfect walking distance to everything. Only issue was the foxtel that comes with your room hardly worked, wouldn’t connect, was a shame when you came home and wanted to watch a movie

Perfect family friendly motel. Great location walkable to town and the beach. We loved the containers as a family of 4 with a dog. Staff was wonderful. Lynn and Inga were great.

One night of a road trip. Interesting and quirky room with everything we needed. part-time reception in a small shipping container with a number to call for management if issues arose. Dodgy wifi.

We had a very comfortable stay at The Med. It is within walking distance of everything. The decor is modern and the room very spacious. There was a lovely pool and bbq area and a Mexican restaurant attached.
The only drawback (which was not a problem) was limited TV channels.
All in all, we would stay again.

Location is nice little town. Nice welcome package provided with some drinks and snacks which was appreciated. Beds were too soft and springy for us.

We checked in on a Sunday and there was no staff at reception until 1pm! Got the vibe this place is run with only profit in mind by investors who are very far away. Only one cleaner had to clean the entire hotel, she was lovely and working very hard but they need more staff. That said, it's spectacular to look at. Very stylish. Just didn't feel like there was any customer service available on site.

The restaurant was not open. There was a mouse in my room. Obviously living there feeding in the bin. The staff were amazing. The key locks were very small and difficult for people who need glasses to see. Rooms very clean and had everything you need. Specious and tastefully decorated. Would go back and recommend.
