Our hostess went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The kitchen area was a little awkward as there was no sink but not a huge problem.

Banyan Place was such a comfortable and relaxing accomodation. Such a beautiful property. Owner was so friendly and surprised us with chocolate treats. So close to the city centre, beach walks and great restaurants on the beach front. Mineral springs were a must. We will return.

This is a lovely apartment - clean, spacious and comfortable. I was welcomed by chocolates and wine on arrival, which was a fantastic way to start. The kitchen is great, and even has a few herbs, condiments etc to assist with cooking. The apartment is in a good location - walking distance to shops, restaurants and the foreshore. Highly recommended.

The apartment was very cosy, clean and inviting. But unfortunately the acoustics in the building made my stay very uncomfortable. Everything that happened in the above apartment sounded really loud and felt like it was happening in my own room. eg their walking, sounded like stomping and every time they shut a door it sounded like the door was slamming and things in my apartment would vibrate and would make the light in the lounge room flicker. I had to buy ear plugs from the chemist so I could sleep.Apart from that, everything else was really nice, clean, tidy and a good bed. The shower was only luke warm with low pressure.

We loved staying at this B and B and would highly recommend it. Wonderful personal service (Glenda was AMAZING to deal with!). Beautiful apartment with all of the special touches (coffees with cold milks for the morning, big screen TV with home theatre seating, huge tub, thick towels -- awesome). Only two minor downsides: we weren't crazy that the main door had a flimsy lock (albeit protected by a garage door too) and we picked up a faint scent of cigar or cigarette smoke (even the unit itself was impeccably clean!!). Overall we HIGHLY recommend!!

Apartment not soundproof so you could hear people talking and using taps in next apartment. As there is only a sliding door between the downstairs garage and the upstairs apartment our apartment was filled with car exhaust fumes. When we tried to get fresh air smoke wafted in from the downstairs apartment.

Lovely Unit everything you need to stay away, clean comfortable and all the facilities you need are there. The owner was lovely to deal with and we will stay here again. the Unit is close to the beach and everything else, shops, etc.

Great apartment within walking distance of CDB and tourist attractions. Comfortable bed, excellent kitchen, and a huge bathroom complete with separate spa bath.

This was a last minute booking that needed 2 bedroom accommodation. It was easy to find and move in. Excellent being able to have the car in the lockable garage.

We stayed one night here. It was very central, easy walking distance to the centre of town and the beach. Large and comfortable, with everything you could need in a self catering apartment. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely sensational accommodation and a lovely host. Only small problem was wifi drop outs also TV reception drop outs but quality of unit is fantastic. Lovely touches like plenty of cushions, a cherry ripe on the bed plenty of milk & tea & coffee. GREAT.

The accommodations were very nice--roomy, clean, nice amenities. The biggest problem was a dog in the neighborhood that barked through much of the evening (and night). We called the desk, but they didn't know which neighbor had a dog and couldn't do anything. The front desk isn't open all the time, so get help when checking in.
