A hidden gem! We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the perfect energy. Very low key. The staff members are really helpful and welcoming and the amenities on site were perfect for our needs. With the stunning ocean views, the included access to kayaks and bikes, and the proximity to everything else the Keys has to offer, would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Lots of amenities like free water sports and place to park your boat trailer, boat ramp. Propane grills everywhere. Lots of outside seating

My wife and I visited the Keys for our first time to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and her birthday. I traveled extensively over the last 40 years and we were looking for a boutique smaller hotel and found Seascape. It turned out to be a great decision. First of all it is centrally located in Marathon and easy access to all of Marathons sights, restaurants etc. Also it is centrally located to the rest of the Keys The facility had all you could ask for beach, pool, bikes, chairs, coolers you name it they had it and it was all no charge and on the honor system. The staff was wonderful friendly, attentive and responsive. We had a water leak in our bathroom our first night after midnight (it is just something that happened and is not at all reflective of the quality of the facility) I called the emergency number it was close to 1am. Andi the manager promptly answered and it was obvious I had woken her from a deep sleep. She couldn’t have been any more responsive and offered to come in right then. I made a decision that we could work through it and figure things out in the morning. She somehow reached a plumber first thing in the morning (which during spring break was amazing) We came to a mutual resolution and everything was handled wonderfully. Andy was amazing and without even asking also got us a discount. We will definitely go here anytime we return to the Keys and will highly recommend to our family and friends.

Very nice property which was well kept up with lovely grounds looking out to sea. Lots of good dining options a short car drive away One small niggle we didn't anticipate was some noise from the nearby airport - not a deal breaker though

Great place…not super fancy but private and quiet. Has some upgrades. Really nice person at the front desk. Good parking right outside your room. Bright and very clean.

The resort location was excellent! We had our own private beach and tropical paradise! The boat docks, the pool with ocean views, the private beach area - all were amazing! We had a 2 bedroom suite for 4 adults. The only bathroom was in my 82 year old dad’s bedroom so it was slightly inconvenient for my dad to have people coming and going from his bedroom while sleeping. However, the inconvenience was worth it for all the great amenities I listed first. I will certainly return and also recommend to others!

Boat ramp And is secluded

We had a very nice 3 nite stay. We enjoyed our room and liked to sit outside and drink our morning coffee, although there was a dog barking quite loud every morning. We rode the bikes around the neighborhood and wanted to take the kayaks out but the water seemed a bit rough. The staff were helpful. We tried several recommended restaurants and all all were good. We would definitely come back!!

Room was nice but outdoor pool was dirty and air smelled of sulfur.

Everything you need in one little spot for one good price . No extra charges to use kayaks , paddle boards , bikes , has grills , corn hole , swimming pool, own little beach , fishing docks , hammock , little spots to relax everywhere on the property right on the water . Very friendly staff .
