Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was great and accommodating

It was so good to finally feel fully comfortable for a couple nights. In 9 or so motels on this trip including pricier ones, this was the most comfortable bed, and the most delightful, plentiful marshmallowy pillows. We didn't want to have to go sleep somewhere else after, and we tried to see if it was possible to buy the pillows for ourselves (not sure on that yet). One of us visited the waterpark in the middle of one of the days we were here. I had it all to myself, the hot tub and shallow swimming pools were both nice, and the kind lady there cleaning turned on the jets when I couldn't see the sign for them, and would have been fully willing to turn on the waterslide just for me if I'd wanted. There's a retractable clothes line in the shower for drying swim suits (or whatever else you need but I certainly needed it for the swimsuit) that worked great! Breakfast was above average for a budget friendly stay, with meat options, warm eggs, fresh waffles and various drink and cereal/bread options. Very close by to several restaurants of various price ranges, as well as grocery stores. Also the church history site we were interested in. Would so happily stay here again if we come back this way!

Took a while and there was quite a line to get checked in but service was friendly. Room was clean. Tub needs updated as it is slippery and such. Mattress could use updated but not bad. Only stayed to sleep before a family member surgery. Will return.

The room, hallway and stairways were a bit dirty. Example: visible stains on the walls, furniture and carpet. Hallways were dirty, and stairwells had visible dirt.

We had a small issue checking in but the staff were right on it and took care of everything for us. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast had several different options. Beds are very comfortable too! We didn’t get a chance to use the pool and indoor water park area, but we peeked in to check it out. We will most definitely have to come back with the grand babies, as it looked like they would love it!

Could use few updates Water area great for kids and family

Took our family here with high hopes of the waterpark. Water was cloudy and chairs to sit in were rusted out. Rooms were standard size, but they definitely showed their wear and tear. Carpet was dirty with dog hair every where, smelled like smoke and bathroom tile was chiped and metal in there was rusted from moisture. We booked two nights and my kids were so disgusted we ended up leaving and booking another hotel across town. Pictures were deceiving- we wont be going back to this hotel.

The room was pretty outdated. I asked for a cot or extra blankets and was told NO and hung up on when calling the front desk. The pool and slide were fun and the attendant was nice. The pool was only 3’ deep so that wasn’t as nice for the adults. It was mostly clean but the stairs for the slide were rusted out. The breakfast was pretty skimpy but the attendant was cheerful and friendly. The water slide might have made the hotel worth that cost. I’m not sure if we would stay here again, though.

Pool area was disgusting. Algea is growing on the walking paths and the whole pool looks like it hasnt been scrubbed/cleaned/painted in years. Rooms were okay, but not worth the high price.

Clean and comfortable! The pool and slide were a big hit with the kids. Pretty good value for the price.

Awesome place to stay! Keep up the good work! The worker in the pool area was so accommodating since we arrived late he let us used the pool with the remaining time and let us enjoy the waterpark since we checked at 7am the next morning! Kodus to him!

Great breakfast

This was absolutely terrible! We stayed 2 nights. On the first night, we found mold in the ice bucket. The tv also did not work. We called the front desk 3 times and they did not answer the phone. I walked to the desk to find help and no one was available to help us. The mattress was terrible. We had a suite and the couch was worn out. On day 2 we asked for clean sheets (ours had a weird smell) and to get the tv fixed since no one answered us the night before. The guy at the desk said they had been having problems out of that tv for several weeks and asked if it was "really that important?" For $265 a night, it is absolutely that important. Every amenity that we pay for is important. He then informed me that he didn't have enough help and couldnt get anyone to change my bed but he would give me the sheets to change myself. The room was in poor shape. Staff not at all accommodating. It was not even sanitary. I would never stay there again. Things mess up. People have bad days. They didn't even try!

Cleaning service went to our room and stole items while we were not there. Management did not care.

The hotel is okay. Needs some renovations and some attention to some areas. Overall, decent for the price! Nothing to write home about.

Wonderful pool for the kiddos.

We were not told that room service is only available upon request. Even when commenting to staff, no one said anything about it. Eventually we got partial room service which was done by a manager as housekeeping had already left. Our toilet never worked properly and after mentioning that, nothing was ever done.

The staff was really great

They need new flooring in bedrooms and clean the flooring they do have. The carpet in they hallways is very dirty/stained. Pool and waterslide are just ok with the hours you can use the waterslide being very limited. Breakfast was typical for hotel food. Would not stay here again.

Nice employees and property

Older property that is not well cleaned. Staff are friendly and do what they can but I only ever saw 2 at most at once. For me, the floor are not vacuumed well and I was a bit worried that they might had had an infestation at one point as indicated by some stains on the pull out couch mattress. But we stayed for the water park for the kids. It’s a trade off. Breakfast was descent. Not a terrible stay. Just could use a bit more attention to cleanliness and replace stained bedding- gross.

Served our purpose since just there for a place to sleep and was close to places we needed to be. But no housekeeping service while we were there (2 nights) and second night kids running in hallway making noise late into evening. Also tried to get ice and either empty or machine not working. And sides of mattress felt like there was a metal rod…..mattress itself was fine but could feel the rod getting in/out of bed.

Wonderful stay, grandkids loved the water park and slide.
