Good location. The room was fine and the property was clean.

Unfortunately, we had a death in the family. I had to check out prior to 9am the morning before we were booked through. When asked about a refund for the day/night not used, the property stated they could not since it was booked through booking.com. When follow up through booking.com took place, they advised that the property would have the ability to approve or deny. The property refused. I understand policy, however, in business it helps to take into account a little humanity as well. The response was very cold and no explanation. So, if you have a family tragedy strike, rest assured they will stick to policy and not extend any assistance. This is their right to do so, I understand. However, doesn't help if you want a return customer, which I will not be. I will also, when asked for locations in that area to stay, also advise that this one is not it.

Breakfast was fine except I found 2 biscuits toward back of drawer with mold on them. Otherwise, just fine. Room was very clean and appreciated the fresh towels every day.

At 2:30am in the morning someone across the hall was running a sweeper and kept leaving white stuff all over the hallway to step in and carry down the hall.

Breakfast is good and the lady who runs it is very nice and keeps the room clean. Coffee is always on and pleasant to sit in the lobby.

The staff was very unfriendly. and unhelpful. Some of them barely spoke english.

the staff could have been better the were unfriendly and unprofessional. i waited 10 minutes for someone to come so i could check in

all the staff were pleasant, and the breakfast was great. the motel may be old but the staff did everything to make our stay excellent
