The room was really cozy and comfortable. The size was okay. The bathroom was really good with a Jacuzzi. It was great after a long day of driving and shopping.

An amazing place. Loved the location right across the street from Niagara Falls State Park. We often commented how it felt like we were in another country…with our own apartment. The flowers were beautiful. The restaurant had excellent food and breakfast with many options was included. This will be our go to place if we are back in the area. Loved it!

This is a historic property, purposely made to feel and older than its 100 year history, and the decor certainly do justice. Unfortunately the food doesn’t. Breakfast (complementary breakfast with Suite) pancake looked like it’s straight out of a frozen box, minimally heated, the egg was horribly over cheesed on an otherwise tasteless omelette base and French toast was without the whipped cream (they ran out of it) and all in all utterly tasteless. Day 1 dinner - loved our shrimp fry (starters) otherwise the chicken Parmesan pasta and the mahi mahi (fish) entree left much to be desired. The vodka Mule cocktail tasted like blue Gatorade with a few drops of vodka in it. I would’ve just preferred blue Gatorade instead. All in all we were left quite underwhelmed with the food choices however, it’s probably just a baseline for the food scene in Niagara Falls on the USA side. Nothing really to talk about and subpar overall quality almost everywhere. Room service - NONEXISTENT ( I asked for a bottle of water at 10 PM last night and was told to come down and get it from the bar!!). They charge a $51 “service fee” for “house staff” who per protocol do NOT even show up for cleaning (in a suit!) but the hotel demands the “service fee”. But having said that, the location of the hotel is magical and worth the money.

Buyer beware, it is not handicapped accessible at all! Would probably never stay there again but at least it was a quiet place with comfortable beds. The included breakfast was great but the dinner menu was not at all enjoyable. Great staff!

The location was great...within 400 yards of the falls. The staff, especially Amy at he front desk, was terrific. The food, while pricey, was average at best.

The Red Coach Inn offers a full breakfast, after which it is a quick hop into Niagara. The location offers convenient free parking which is especially nice when you don’t need a car to get around.

Room was beautiful and we received voucher for breakfast at the restaurant for both days including gratuity. It was close enough to Niagara Falls for a short walk and from restaurant windows you can see the river that feeds it. We also had 1/2 carafe of champagne with cheese and crackers in the fridge waiting for us along with chilled glasses. They went way above what we expected. We would go to the Falls again just to stay there!

Amazing location. Perfect for exploring the falls on the American side. If you can splurge, the Cornwall Suite is wonderful.

The Inn and the restaurant was nice, i was looking for something with character vs a normal hotel room and the Red Coach Inn has character. My wife loved it as well, within walking distance to the falls and other stuff, it was a beautiful place and we enjoyed ourselves.

The suite was super spacious and clean (Adelaide). The large bathroom had a great jetted tub and luxurious linens/robes. The beds were super cozy with medium firmness. There was a nice view of Niagara’s rapid waters across the street. Location was perfect for walking the Niagara Park grounds/downtown anytime, and for pick up for falls tour. The classical music playing and snacks in the fridge were a fantastic greeting. Breakfast was included -and you could order anything from the menu- delicious sweet and savory meal items. A pricier stay for us but worth it.

Absolutely loved the flair of this charming place. It reminded me of my homeland. We only experienced friendly employees, with lots of knowledge. From the friendly check-in to the wonderful breakfast service. The breakfast was absolutely awesome and delicious.
(I regret not to eat lunch or dinner there in my short 2 days visit). It is in very short walking distance to the Falls American side and not to far to the Canadian side.
Only complain I have is the 2 different beds in the room. One was taller with a thick softer mattress, one was shorter in height with a thin harder mattress. But huge room, with a awesome jacuzzi I didn't get to use :-(
Small downfall is that there is not much around in walking distance of more Restaurants to eat or to see beside the Falls if I would have stayed 1 week. You need a car to check the area out. I would stay in this lovely place again next time. I had One great experience.

We reserved The Red Coach Inn two properties. We took a two bedroom suite the Cheshire and a one bedroom suite the Tasner and we had a group of five ladies for a girls weekend. The two bedroom suite was lovely. It had two large king-size beds, which were beautiful and comfortable to full Bass with a two tubs as well as shower. It had a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a full-size refrigerator in the living area. There was a beautiful fireplace with a very large TV over the fireplace mantle with a couch chair and also a, eating table in the dining area, which would see four. The room windows overlook the falls which were directly across the street. We couldn't have found a more lovely place to stay the one bedroom suite had a king size bed, and a full bathtub shower with a Jacuzzi two person Jacuzzi it too, was on a ground floor and it was actually a small flight of steps going up maybe six steps up to that room directly across from the falls overlooking from the windows in this suite, we had a lovely day I could highly recommend it. Thank you.

I paid so much for the moldy, unclean room. I could see black mold in between the tiles in the bathroom. I had to clean it myself before i got into the shower. The same with the jacuzi, it wasn't clean. The towels felt not completely dried. I was so disappointed. If there isn't first impression, there isn't any comfortable for the whole time stay there.

We could tell the staff at the front desk, bartender, hostess, and server did not want to be at work. Possibly simply tired of tourists. We didn’t get refills of drinks, no smiles and not rude but not nice. The air conditioning did not work in our room. This made for a long night

The hotel was directly across the street from the falls in Niagara NY, so it was convenient. The room was adequate for sleeping but there was no view and we were under the hotel’s restaurant. Lots of noise overhead late into the evening.
