It seems that the cleaning lady opened the door early in the morning while I was getting ready, which I found to be quite rude.

There were ants in the bathroom.

Property is dated, however well maintained. Everything worked and I could see an effort has been made to update where possible. Good value for an overnight stay.

We had a very nice stay. Both the service and the room were fine. We would be pleased to stay there the next time we are in Redmond.

This is an older motel but it was a decent value. Surprisingly quiet given the location. The room had acfull kitchen which I didnt need but could be handy for a longer stay. The office folks were great. Thinnish towels but fantastic water pressure.

No complaints. We should have brought some xtra pillows but thats on us. You can hear the planes take off right over head but they seemed to stop arount 10pm. There was someone put in the room above us at around 11 and THUMP THUMP!!! LOUD!! Maybe try and get an upper room? otherwise, the price was right for a quick one night stay and the bfast was very basic but did the job.

The building and equipment are old, but hot water supplies for shower, sweets and room are clean and yogurt is ready for the breakfast.

I was in Redmond for business and this was the perfect place — close to restaurants, Safeway, and even a Les Schwab. The gentleman who checked me in was very accommodating, I left feeling glad I’d stayed there.

It was a nice Hotel. The road noise was surprising loud.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. We were able to walk or Lyft around. Very reasonably priced, would gladly stay again.

Friendly staff. Basic but decent old style motel. Good value versus local hotels.

Bathroom was extremely unclean. Doors and doorways were damaged. Towels were old and threadbare.

The staff was nice but the building is worn. The tub with shower is very deep for someone who isn’t agile and there was no way to turn on the water without climbing in. The shower and tv did not work. They were replaced when I went to the front desk but it was still an annoyance

This is a very basic motel, but it gets the job done. Very clean, decent shower pressure, and a comfortable bed. I was planning to only stay for one night, but wound up coming back the next day due to a change in plans. It was worth a second visit, which I think says something.

The reason for the poor rating is my wife and I could not sleep comfortably on what we both considered lumpy and uneven. She went to the office to ask for a different room because we paid for 2 nights and wanted to get at least one decent night sleep. She was told the beds were the same in every room. After going out for the second day of vacationing in the area, we decided to check out, knowing we forfeited the money for the second night. My wife again chose to be the one to inform the clerk that we weren't staying the second night because we both needed a full night's sleep. The clerk kept emphasizing that we couldn't get any money back. My wife had to explain more than once that we knew that and were forfeiting our second night's payment, which the clerk didn't seem to understand. We won't ever go back to that motel

The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The table was covered in dust. Location was good Shower worked very well. Good water pressure Easy check in

Upper room floors creaked everytime someone walked. One could also hear neighboring room conversations.

Management checked me in fast and fixed a television problem in my room promptly.

The room was not restocked with coffee supplies, even though a coffee maker was provided. Upon finally gathering all of the supplies needed to make coffee, the coffee pot in the room didn’t work.
