I absolutely loved this hotel& the employees. They were great. Seriously. Smoothest check-in process I've EVER had. I stay in Tons of hotels a year. I walked in at 9pm after driving for 8 hours. They had my 3 rooms ready, no problems, keys ready. Correct rooms. It was SO nice. Check in took like 3-5 minutes tops! Rooms were clean. The only complaint was the door was very hard to close on one room. In the wheelchair accessible room, the hide-a-bed mattress was very very stained. With what appeared to be urine. I used the mattress pad plus 4 sheets & towels to cover it. Overall though it was a great stay. I cant speak on breakfast as we didn't eat it. But employees were super friendly & accommodating! Area was safe as well!

On a trip up north, we needed just one night to stay before starting the second half of our trip the next day. We chose this hotel because I feel like you can trust and brand the pictures looked nice. It was actually even nicer than it looked in the pictures! New and/or updated, this hotel had a modern, trendy feel downstairs in the lobby. Our room was clean and updated. There was plenty of space, along with a TV, Refrigerator, and Microwave. The shower was a newer shower only, which I love, as there is a lot more room and they just tend to feel cleaner. If passing through again, we would definitely stay here!

The rooms are nice. Although the floors are sticky. We couldn’t really walk around without shoes on because they felt a little gross. And not that it’s a huge deal but the shelf under the bathroom sink had black grime on it. My baby was playing under there and he got black stuff all over his clothes. Besides those two things it was a nice room. The shower seemed clean. The bathroom even has a vanity mirror with a light which helped with fixing the back of my hair in the mirror. I also liked that they had liquid hand soap in the bathroom and big pump bottles of shampoo and soap instead of the little bity ones you use at most hotels. The breakfast was a good spread. Lots of hot food options. And the complimentary cookies upfront were amazing. Overall it was nice service and a good experience.

At check-in car was parked under overhang was there unoccupied for a long time. Overall not the biggest deal but when checking-in it was definitely in the way. Outside of that it was a great, convenient place to stay, I was passing through the area and stayed there overnight.

The suite was amazing and had plenty of room for toddler to run around after being in the car for 8 hrs.

Clean room, and amazing staff. Ms Annie even fixed extra breakfast right at closing time and was super sweet about it.

Loved the room setup, good service, had to swap rooms because air not working, goung through renovations. Indoor pull nice, food available, convenient to mall.

I have to agree with the EXCELLENT reviews. We all thought that the hotel was just brilliant. In fact, one of the best that we have EVER stayed in, IN THE WORLD. We had a very large room with breakfast. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Highly recommended. We had already prepaid for another hotel in the same area but really wish that we could have stayed at this one. Highly recommended
