Excellent location close to the major expressways and restaurants. Customer service at the front desk was very good. Breakfast was excellent! Only problem I encountered was the shower had not been cleaned. Old soap from a previous visitor was still there along with a unvaccumed rug.

Room was filthy upon check in. Pills in the bathroom floor, vomit on the wall and carpet, and the next morning bugs on the wall.
When reported to the front desk upon checkout they accused us of making these items up for a discount/free stay.
We will never stay at a Holiday Inn again after this experience.

I am handicapped and had a handicapped room. The bathroom had a walk-in shower. The curtain was to short and sprayed water all over the bathroom floor. I was trying to walk out and fell on the floor. I did not receive any injuries but my son had to drag me out of the bathroom because I couldn’t stand up with all the water on the floor. He pulled me to the carpet area so I could get some traction to stand up. I had to change my underwear because they were soaked. I reported this to the front desk.

We arrived later than we would have liked however when arriving after checking in with a sleeping 18 month old in arms and a tired 5 year old I walked in to our suite to find a large dead bug in the floor. I'm far from rude. I tried to use in room phone to call the front desk 3 times unsuccessfully. so with a sleeping baby in arms and another child went back down stairs and ask for another room after showing the picture to the ones working the desk. I have worked in hotel guest service so I understand its difficult to accommodate sometimes but the older lady was not very friendly about trying to find another room. A gentle man happen to hear what was going on and offered his suite as he was not going to have his family joining him yet. it was VERY polite of him and we thanked him, too. i wouldn't not stay here again and understand everyone is dealing battles outside of work, just woulld have been nice to have been smoother considering the sleeping baby in my arms the entire time.

In town for a volleyball tournament for our daughter and needed a quiet and clean place to stay overnight. Check-in was quick and friendly. Room was very clean and furnished with everything we could need. Sheets were silky smooth and beds were extremely comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was beyond continental with full buffet and pancake machine, coffees, juices… and continually restocked by a kind lady who made sure guest had what they wanted… we were extremely impressed. Hope management reads this to their employees to let them know their effort and hard work is noticed and greatly appreciated.

We’ve stayed here for the past 3years about 2x a year when we visit my brother and sister in law. Kids love the indoor pool year round.

First off the staff was excellent. The room however was a different story. When we got in the room there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. There were bloody hand marks on the bathroom and the other walls. There were hairs on the counter. The room left much to bw desired. The staff immediately brought and hung the shower curtain but said no one from housekeeping was available until the next day so we had to clean the blood off the walls etc.

Stayed overnight to make an early morning flight. We were able to leave our car there and shuttle back and forth to the airport. Shuttle starts at 5:00am on week day mornings. So does breakfast. Very convenient. Breakfast had a large assortment of entrees. Hotel older but felt very clean and well maintained. Would definitely return

Not really anything unique. Considering the volume of people that the front desk had dealt with today, they did very well. I didn't get the room I thought I was getting, but what I did get was just as good. Spring break, you get what's available.

Clean rooms and overall facility. Convenient to US Space and Rocket at roughly 6 mins away. We all raves about the breakfast. This was the best continental breakfast I’ve had and we all felt that way. We will stay again when we go back.
