Very friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast. Room a bit tired and separate bathroom In need of renovation. Fine for one night.

This place is just fine. Don’t judge the entrance by the scaffolding. The owner has lot of personality. The room was beautiful and breakfast was similarly high quality. Lynton and Lynmouth was fun to explore and Exmoor is right next door

I loved the atmosphere of the guest house. It is homely and comfortable whilst being very clean as well.
Located in the centre of town it is conveniently situated for absolutely everything and the owners, Maria and Clive, are friendly, welcoming (as are their pets!) and they clearly love the building and the business.
Breakfast was plentiful and well made which set us up for the day!
I really enjoyed my stay there and look forward to returning.

What an amazing part of the world. I've always loved the Southwest coast of Australia, but this stretch of coastline is just stunning. We stayed for two nights. Our room was clean, Maria and Clive were very friendly and eager to please. We'd certainly return again. Breakfast was good, not overly greasy for a fry up and sets you up nicely for a days walking. We enjoyed having a coffee in the morning before coming down for breakfast using the ground coffee and press left in our room.

Excellent place to stay as a base to explore the area. Breakfast was great. Also afternoon tea/cake was superb.
Room was clean and big enough with good quality shampoo, soap and conditioners supplied.
The owners were very welcoming and made us feel at home.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, when they could be found. Room was clean and the bed was comfy and large, however the room was very cold and the radiator did not work. The curtains were also quite old and dirty and so did not close properly.

The owners at the hotel are really freindly and helpful. The room was nicely decorated and it is a lovely georgian building. There were lots toiletries in the room which was nice. The breakfast was great and you were made to feel at home. The hotel is in the centre of lynton and activities are on your door step. I would stay again

This is a charming guesthouse that I would thoroughly recommend. Everywhere clean and safe. Emma is so helpful and kind. My mother turned 98 years old while staying there and Emma put on a lovely celebratory breakfast for her.

Comfortable room in a great situation. Lovely breakfasts. Lovely hosts. Emma gave us lots of useful tips on the area and even make dinner reservations for us while we were out walking. Great place.

A lovely welcome and very pleasant host . The house is well situated ,plenty of shops ,restaurants and pub close by. Our room on the ground floor was ok but I imagine there are nicer rooms upstairs.Limited parking outside the house so had to pay in car park when we arrived.

Emma was in contact before we arrived to make sure the room would be ready for us and to check any requirements we may have, she and everyone else at the guest house were very warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The room and rest of the house was lovely, breakfast was delicious and we were also treated to complementary prosecco on New Years eve which was a very thoughtful touch! We couldnt fault our stay and would definitely visit again. Thanks to all at St Vincent!

Lovely, good value, B&B in a quiet street in Linton town centre. Easy walking access to shops and restaurants. Parked car immediately in front of B&B. Spacious, simply furnished/decorated double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Very clean. Great breakfast. Warm, welcoming and considerate host. Would stay again.

Very nice B&B with good breakfast and would stay again on our next visit to Exmoor.First class hosts who have recently taken over and I wish them the best for the future.

It was a beautiful and happiest stay we had in a B&B till date. The couple who run the place Emma and Mike were a brilliant hosts and they made our stay even more enjoyable. Very warm and friendly service and felt very welcoming. Will surely recommend this place to all who like travelling to North Devon.
