The place was very clean staff was very courteous it was very comfortable very spacious. The only thing they didn't offer a free breakfast, but you knew that up front.

Upon checking in the young lady was bubbly and professional, setting the tone for my stay. The woman at the barista was enjoyable to talk to and we shared many laughs! I thought I left my phone in my room and the employees were prompt at letting me back in after I had checked out to let me check there before the cleaning crew arrived.

Rooms definitely showed wear and tear! Peeling wallpaper and moldy showers. Breakfast was no good and service at the restaurant was slow and not efficient. Waited a very long time for undercooked food. Front desk was great and friendly.

Everything went great at our stay. Only thing that I noticed was the cleanliness of the bathroom and shower could have been improved. The shower had hair and discoloration around the edges.

I had major travel issues the day I was supposed to check into the hotel. I called ahead to let them know I wouldn't be arriving until after 3am. The woman immediately said she would give me a late checkout of 4pm!
When I arrived, a different woman checked me in. She was very kind and even gave me a voucher for free breakfast for all my troubles, even though it had nothing to do with her.
I'm a loyal Hilton brand guy, but this experience has encouraged me to look at Marriott more often!

Overall the staff was great, but other parts were a hot mess. For one, the elevator had a large weird smudge of a viscous white/clear substance I hope was lotion on the door… which was also in a few places along the hallway walls. As for the room, there was an odd stain on the carpet as soon as you enter and several more on the couch that were less than pleasant. There was accumulated dust in a few places and the picture frames were also damaged. The shower was weirdly hardly to turn off, too. It’s a shame because the place looks great on the outside but the room was just a no. I expected more.

Did not like the smell of pot in the hallway. We booked mainly for the pool and it was closed. The property did not notify guests to let them know ahead of time. There was a large party in the lobby that was pretty noisy when we checked in. The one staff person working was busy trying to help guests and the party.
